IOB mPassbook

The intention of the developer is good. When it works, I am able to use the functions built in. However, that is "when" it works. On several occasions the app tells me that the network connection is unavailable and hence it cannot proceed. However, there is nothing wrong with the network connection as I am able to use all other apps without any issues. The developer needs to look into this issue. Update 25/02/19: useless app: not synching since last week. Absolute rubbish!

When I checked passbook, some of the entries are not available. But the end total is correct. When we calculate manually, in the place of the entries which is omitted, the total is wrong. How this happened. I think it is a bug in this system.

All of a sudden all the details in the app disappeared. When I tried to install again the app is not opening. Says "Device Access Error. I tried several times but the same error message is displaying. I tried to install in other phone the same problem appears in other phone also. I don't know what is the problem. Kindly do the needful.

Not able to register from several days. I'm getting "Network Unavailable, cannot proceed" error, even though I'm on a stable 4G network. I know that mpassbook facility is available on IOBMobile app. But that app requires SIM verification. What if the SIM card in the mobile is different than the bank records. Kindly fix this app and make it functional.

The app is not doing what it is supposed to do that is update the account information. The sync has been stuck in the month of January 2020 and no further sync even after un-installing the app is proving to be beneficial. The Bank must look into it. At this time and age the app not working shows lack of regard for the customers.

I have been using this app for years suddenly the pass book shows blank and again I uninstall and reinstall it used to get back to normal but now even after uninstalling and installing the pass book doesn't work at all there is something very serious issue with the app needs immediate attention... It's painful to repeat the process again and again. It needs immediate improvement... Junaid

Worst app. Never going inside. Buffering on login page. I was able to go inside at the time of app installation and registration. There after it is not going inside the app and I'm unable to view my transactions history. The app is simply like the bank.. worst service... literally disappointed.

I had been using this app for more than 3 years. But it suddenly stopped working. Presently, whenever I try to open it, a pop up like 'link failure' or 'network problem' comes. Absolutely fed up with this one.

I was not able to open this app since last month, it's keep showing that "it's processing". And as of today somehow the app opened but since 20-May-2020 passbook was not updated. when I tried manual update it's shows network error. please kindly check and fix the problem.

it has been taking too much time even to login. after that it will show us the old balance not the fresh one, it doesn't sync automatically. if i try to sync it, it takes too much time again. Loss of time by using this app. please update karo yaar.

Worst App. Previously I used the app with same account number and mobile number after I updated the latest version Mobile OTP is not receiving. It shows mobile OTP is sent but not received. I have verified with the Branch they said no issue in my account details and informed wait for two but more than 3 weeks over but still the OTP is not received daily I am login with my banking details but no OTP received ever. Bank staff also has no idea about this issue. Kindly rectify the error.

It takes two much time to work, like sign-in, sync, passbook view.... It's totally deadly application.... If you used this allocation for your IOB passbook checking details, you will take nearly 10minutes to view your account balance. Totally waste of time....

Worst app ever do not download and waste your data after downloading the app not able to get otp after complaining several times at the branch they fixed the issue but still it is taking lot of time for synchronising. If we go the banks branch their staffs are not at all aware about their products and they are not able to provide any service saying staff shortage and network issues it is better to close your account and open in some other good bank.

Using for many years. Suddenly I am unable to access anything. Keeps saying Device error. Useless app. I have received a message from the developer to install the mobile app. Easier said than done...it refuses to accept my mobile number, saying I have more than one account. I have only one account. Sorry sir, my rating stands at 1 star.

Its a worst passbook app i have seen. Its server is very slow. It takes so much time to load sometime the syncing process keeps on loading for half an hour. Your management is worst. Need to improve a lot.😡😠😡

I have been using this app for viewing account statements for past three years. Now past 2 months i could not view my statements. App shows network unavailable. No update from app developers on this issue. Please look into this issue and sort it out asap

Worst app ever even on supefast internet it doesn't sync. It keeps loading. Once it kept loading for 15 min then finally failed. Now always stuck on loading screen after mpin. What's the point of aap of you can't check balance in time

Literally such an useless App it is. There's update data showing up, for instance I logged in today and how much ever I try to sync the data the last updated is still 2/20/2020. Why create such hopeless apps when it's not updated frequently?

I've been using this app from many years. It was working very good till last week... Now its not.. It always says network unavailable can't proceed. I even tried reinstalling but says the same. I was very dependent on this app but now am disappointed. Please have a look at this problem..

Worst app, takes decade to get load, that too old data. If you want to see your recent transactions, forget about it. Seems like some garbage server is being used. Pathetic service. And most of the time it shows error....... Literally frustrating app.

good for nothing app. when you download the app and try to register even the registration could not be completed, because the otp you receive will change even before you view and enter the same. enough time should be given to the user to enter the otp and proceed.

Your app. is not functioning at all. It is a worst App. Always after submitting 6 digit MPIN, এ dialogue box showing error message. " Connection Timeout. Please try later". Please improve it immediately or otherwise remove it from Google Play Store.

Very poor experience... From last 3 days I am trying to get my accounts statements but it shows error.. Today when I again tried, it notified that my statement has been sent to my email Id.. But I didn't recieve any mail.. infact I have checked the junk/spam folder also. Again I gave a different email id but still I didn't recieve the same... What is this????? If we dont get what we want from this aap then why to install such an app.

It is not running successfully.. it can not updated. Its stop. Just download it n keep it in phone. No statements, no syncing, no account statement. Nothing.

The app doesn't look stable. Most of the times it keeps on loading then says network not available even I connected to a high speed wifi. Stupid App.

Not good. All the accounts availed by customer is not available like could see only saving and current account, no loan accounts available. As compared to other banking apps not user friendly.
