IObit Applock - Face Lock

The wallpapers are cheap, there are only two or three free ones, all the other ones cost a full membership. Everything else in the app works fine, but, just like their other apps, this one also puts your phone into limbo (boot-loops, Android system failures, etc.). The app also uses a laggy screensaver and takes over your phone's lock screen.

Excellent! would be better if we could add more photos for recognition so that we could identified in any condition and would have been way better if you could remove the notification and keep the system stable at the same time without the notification! but anyways, good job devs!🙏 Edit: At lease try to remove the notification sound of the IOBIt Notification everytime we unlock something! It would be amazing if you could!

Many bugs opens only with pattern face and finger prints are detected once or twice in a day Makes a lock in every screen on footer and the rest of the screen is gone to open the lock. Make an option to hide apps. Intruder selfie is not working. Notification hide is not working. Will increase rating only after bug fixation.

The system recognizes me maybe once out of 10 tries. This issue alone makes it much faster and far less aggravating for me to just uninstall & revert back to my default security. Furthermore, if I disable my default phone lock (to avoid duplicate unlocking with this app), my phone reboots to full access with no security. If IObit has an option available to lock my phone after reboot and better facial recognition (maybe more than 3 baseline headshots), I'd reconsider using this app. Uninstalled.

This app is cool "BUT" you can't turn it off in settings. it uses 12.5% of my total battery constantly. This is loony tunes and the developer must know this. Just give the option in settings to turn off. I have everything marked to be off, but it still uses battery. shameful that developer has not solved this simple problem.

Still unable to use face unlock in the dark. Will be nice if the app can turn on the front camera flash light for those phones that have it to enable it use Face Unlock in the dark. Also a feature should be added where the app can be disabled (lock convenience) at certain times of the day.

Highly recommend it, protects all my apps using my face as the password or pin number if it doesn't pick up my face. Has a 3D picture face option for even more security by far the best I have ever seen. I used other face password apps nothing comes close to this one. Cheers for the good work, be buying the pro version when it comes out.

Having used for 2 days now, I have 2 challeges only,,am nit able to set up or activate fingerprint unlock,,and when rebooting,, the phone would delay for up to 30 minutes on boot mode displaying 'optimizing app 1 of 1' message. Apparently i cant screenshot the message because the phone is on boot mode. I at a time uninstalled and tried to reboot and the phone booted fine and therefore lead to conclude its the app that is bringing the issue of optimizing app,,,. If only you can help.

Not good at all. I have all the access still not locking apps. Once the screen off, it will run in background but no app locked. Again have to click on app to make it work. Also when it run, it drain battery and eats ram.

Damn! Am literally happy, I've tried a lot of applocks around the play store, google,but this one is good. face lock depends upon your camera how good it is and fingerprint is really very very fast i didn't found it in any other app and one more thing I like that if you didn't use themes it shows you your app coloured background which is quite good looking and amazing i prefer this one go for it!

Easy. lots of options to personalize how you lock and what you lock up. So far no ads or annoying changes to my phone. You can hide the icon and choose delaying others apps. Not invasive at all. 5 starts from me.

PLEASE DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS . "No.1 WORST APP" installing this app takes too much time and after installation complete dont ever try to switch off or restart the device... while rebooting it shows "optimising app 1 of 1" and it consume too much time for optimising. i think it takes more than 15-20 minutes to restart or switch on the device after installing this app... so users please dont install this...

The best app if you don't have a native face unlock feature... Security is, maybe good but the pattern lock is always there so no worries and also the speed at which it unlocks is awesome considering a third party app... Great work loved it... Please keep on giving updates for better security measures 🤑🤑🤑

File manager is not locking !! It's too much slower than usual phone face unlock feature. Low light face recognisation performances is worst. Though I can unlock many apps , but I'm totally unable to lock my file manager with this apps. Need too much improvement.

[NEW REVIEW] My Favorite App Locker of All Time. Its simple and easy. But Ive had issues with it working properly on my Samsung galaxy A50. Other than it runs flawlessly on older devices that have the latest Android OS. But this App owns my older Mobile Devices way too easy.

It is not working in my poco f1. Even if i locked few apps using this software it is not get locked. Whenever i open those apps it is not showing any kind of lock(pattern,fingerprint or facelock). But the locks are working fine with IObit application.

The app is very good. I want to answer the call directly on the lock screen and I also want app shortcuts on lock screen, for example contacts and camera.

I had to uninstal this app eventually. I got stuck with application optimization at every boot of the phone that was taking about 10 minutes - frustrating, really. When I had it unistalled the phone and the boot returned to normal.

Face unlock properly not working during sunlight & different angles. Need to improve face unlock with accurate working condition. As compared phone's face unlock performance vs this app's face unlock it's a just 10% of satisfaction so please need to improve the performance. Face recognition photos saved also not clear enough.

It is a good app but whenever I reboot my phone it takes forever to start due to optimization process. A message would appear on the screen saying Android is starting...... Optimizing app 1 of 1.... After uninstalling the app the message disappeared.

I paid for the pro version of this app, I know you won't believe that this app works like an inbuilt face scanner, it won't even dare unlock my best of friends except me. Guy, don't bother looking for those fingerprint scraps, they don't work at all, just get contented with the older version of this face scanner and you are all good.

This no longer works well. It pops up repeatedly once you've unlocked an app or it doesn't pop up at all! They can't keep up with the Android updates.

Pattern lock is fine but the face stuff needs one vital fix: ability to operate in low lux. Its good, and accurate. But after 2 successful attempts, the face lock and also the pattern system got removed. I think its a bug, improve it to make it better....

I'm using PRO version though unable to use shortcut calling feature as in my default lockscreen. please do something. also time delay for 3 min option is not working. fix it asap. would be better if face id unlock would happen from my default lockscreen.

Alicia from the support team helped me resolve my issues. Now everything works fine again. Thanks IObit. Please help, fingerprint scan won't open locked apps properly, it activates Google assistant instead. Thanks in advance.
