Im trying for the sim verification. But can't. Because the it shows that "generic failure in sending message". Im trying for the last 2 months. Still showing the same error. I contacted my operator. No issues with my operator and no issues with my mobile. Once I used this app. It was good. Now it was providing a worst service ever. Hate this app.

Many more times sms sends. Finally I create a login password. But, I can't login to my account. Old Version is Very good and Easy to handle. This Updation is irritated. Please fix this problem and help to us.

Worst bank I've ever seen. If you want to make huge transactions don't use this app, as it shows payment successful and doesn't send money to the receipent. It will take two days for the money to be credited to others, and when you call them to ask for the payment they will blindly say it is successful from ourside contact the bank you made your payment. Faced this issue three times now. The answer was always the same. Don't use IOB ever.

Disappointed. The app asks for permissions to view messages and make calls. I granted both the permissions. Yet the proceed button doesn't lead anywhere. There's nothing to do after that, just have to quit the app. Useless. Being a software developer, I can't imagine how can such a big bank be ignorant about such issues. Even if the app goes down for a minute, there should be alerting system so that end user doesn't sufffer. Please note this is the future of your bank.

I have been trying to open the app since so many days. Whenever i open the app, i get a pop up message which comprises a continue tab for number verification. After clicking on the tab , the app shows the verifying but it doesn't proceed. I am unable to use the app and unable to undertake any transaction via app. The app quality used to be good, but now it has deteriorated to a level, that i can't use it. Please improve your service

I'm getting so many trouble to login since morning every time it's showing the same issue to update the app but in play store I'm not getting any update option. I just installed the app and download again but still having the same problem. You guys should short it out as soon as possible.... Only 2 Star rating from my side because my previous experience was good but today it's urgent to login and I'm unable to login.

Very poor experience with this application yar. Nothing is happening. There is option coming all the time for update but it not updating the app. What is going on don't know. Pass code is entering right but it's showing wrong. In forgot pass code, no otp is sending on registered number. What is going on with this app don't know. Need to work too much dude.

Though logged in successfully, I'm still seeing a pop to update the app. But the app is already up-to-date. Whenever clicking update button on the pop-up it is redirecting to web page not found. Highly disappointed, unable to open the app.

I still cannot use this app as I could not receive any SMS.... into my registered mobile number. But I receive the SMS from the bank when ever I carry out an operation in the account. Thank you for your prompt response. I uninstalled and searched for the new app (IOB Mobile). But I couldn't find such an app with space in between.

This app is not even eligible for single star. After latest updation, it asks for SIM card validation for each login and you have to enter the OTP which you get after 30 mins. After successful login also, it is not sure about getting access into you the account. It deserve to be uninstalled.

Review update: 20/5/2022.I have downloaded and installed thr new app, SIM verification went thru, yet when I login, it asks me to download the new app again. I have done this MULTIPLE times! Sir, this is very frustrating. How can you help? Old status: Unable to open as it asks to enable sim and then says cannot send sms. Please help. I need this to be enabled. The old app was working so well. Why did you guys have to break what w was working?

In the latest app, it chooses the right SIM and sends SMS to verify. But then it keeps on displaying "sending SMS" but does nothing. I am helpless. Please help me. Wrote an email to the developers 3 weeks ago, to deaf ears. Sic August 2021. The error got corrected after a few updates. Better now.

I am frustrated 10 mins after just installing the app!! First they say session expired if you switch apps and secondly they won't let me login! Sometimes they have issue with the password sometimes with the login id! There are other bank apps which are so convenient to use!! You guys should really improve your app. Nowadays nobody has time to go to the bank if they need to check bank statements or other issues!!!

I have the latest version of the app still it ask to update the app. I am not able to login as when I do the verification the pop up to update app comes up. . . Thanks for the quick response. Works now. But this app should be removed from playstore as it is not being used

Worst. Whenever I open the app it a pop-up shows to update the app for latest version. But in play store it shows as updated. I can't able to use the app for the past 2 days.

Un-installed & Re-installed. But, getting login problem or SIM not validating. Frankly speaking, I tried many IOB apps. IOB Mpassbook had worked earlier but not now. All IOB apps are of poor working. It has to be viewed & needful action be taken. Its very annoying. Why its not being improved.

It's too Worst. After updates it's not working.... It's says that... Still validating your number... Then after some time it says... Due to technical errors your transaction has been declined. Kindly initiate the transaction after some time. I tried this several times always I am receiving same... After your reply dated 7th Nov 2019 now it's working. Many Thanks for resolving issue. Now I will start using it will feedback to after a month how it's working. Thanks

A bug while opening the app. Dialog box showing "No sim inserted. Insert sim and continue" whenever i open the app. Unable to use the app because of the issue. Please provide an update for this bug soon. After the update, the app works fine. Thank you for the quick response. Very satisfied with the service:)

Last two weeks i try to log in but pop up shows new update is available it can't be skip so even i tried to update the app but that app in my phone has been already updated even yesterday and today also i tried to login again it shows update the app like that it's totally inconvenience for me i wants to transfer money to my friend but that app not allowing me to login please do needful for and remove that bug immediately ASAP

Hopeless app as expected. For years I ve been charged for SMS alerts which I do get. Still I can't register on this app. Constantly tells me that my mobile no. is not registered. Even I can't register with my account no.,,,,,,,after months complaint it's still not working. Sadly I m closing my account.... Worst support staff. Seems they give damn loosing customer...

This is the worst banking app i have come across. It keeps telling me to update it from the app store, and i have uninstalled and installed it a number of times, Still it wants me to update it. Finally gave up and uninstalled it from my phone. Great job IOB.

Unable to login to app. It always prompts for update. But update option is not available in playstore. I tried reinstalling the app, but still no luck. I have been facing the issue since 1 month.

What's wrong with this app, Everytime I open it, an update option just pops up and when i go to the play store to update it, it doesn't show any updates there. Pls look into the matter, i need to get into the app.

I have updated the app but stil it is asking me to update the app and not letting me get inside the app for any transaction. I don't know where to update again even through i just updated the app in play store. Also each time wen it ask for update, the app install seperately and i wil hav two iob app where i have to delete the old one. Pathetic.

Pretty decent for a bank at this tier. Cannot equate to sbi or icici banks apps but it is still good. One problem is the payee you add through online banking doesn't reflect in the app so we have to add the payees again in the app.

It is useful when we need the basic details to know about our account. But as like any other apps, there is no details about the schemes, loans and the bank details correctly. And a lot of details about online banking should be included for the easy way of handling. Money transferring from bank is also not performing good.

I've been trying to log into my account but as soon as I enter the password, a message pops up which shows please update your app. And app has no update on play store.

Worst experience in this app.Can't login in the old version,it shows update,while trying to update through the link it shows error.I never experienced like this kind of experience.Worst Experience.Old version was better.Can't login.I lost lots of money for sim verification.
