I thought am the only one the app giving problem, good to know we have a lot of issues with the same issues , your web is zero and your app as well.. To get balance through messages is zero as well , your customer service number is not working ... Work on everything please .. Thanks
It does everything better than the competition. Its always a step ahead of its competitors! I love the research section very much too. It helps in good decision making.
I tried registering but keep getting the prompt; Invalid account number. It's been like this for over two months.

A very nice app. A pocket-size way to monitor all your investment with InvestmentOne, whether it is Stocks, MMF or any other of their service. I personally use this app daily to monitor prices of stocks in the Nigeria capital market.

This app needs some work. Can't log into easytrade, no responses to prompts or anything. Just sits there and says to update.
Stupid app. As stupid as the main website. No form of support at all, not logging in
This app is as poor as the services provided on the web page. Daily update on investment score is less than 30%. Very poor

It's kinda cool but does not enable to recover forgotten password. Always require full detail when logging in. Now I've forgotten my password and I can't make use of it.
After updating my App, this is the response I get [Object Object ]. I can not access any function; log, research, pension... Why upload an untested App for download? Users reducing each day... The old one function just fine.
It OK.but you can't cancel an order if you suddenly have access to a negative information about a company except you call you account manager.I'm an unfortunate person on this,cause my officer said she was on leave.that's rubbish. Let investors take total control
This app eases my trading processes. The ability to quickly react and take either a Buy or Sell position can never be simpler. Information as and when needed...wish I had this earlier.
Makes it very easy to know my account status and to place a trade.

This is app and even the web page has a lot of issues with user login experience. I have to reset my password any time I want to login. Also with this mobile app, I can't even sign in with my new password after I was forced to reset my password. This technology is cheap to come by this day. I wonder why it's difficult for this company to implement this little thing. Regards.
