With our demand responsive transport platform mobility now becomes even smarter: Via our app you can book your trip conveniently and individually, without timetables, 24/7 – design your individual journey with ioki Hamburg and get to your destination comfortably, quickly and safe.
New: The ioki Hamburg App now combines different service areas. Additionally the service offering in the Billbrook service area will be supplemented according to the time of day.
In cooperation with the Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH (VHH), we offer the demand responsive transport service integrated in the HVV fare system. So daily, weekly, monthly and other valid tickets are accepted when shown to the driver and must be supplemented with a surcharge of 1 € per ride (not applicable in Billbrook between 20:00 and 05:00). If you do not have a valid HVV ticket, you can buy one before starting your journey, e.g at hvv.de. The surcharge can also be paid within the app with a stored credit card, Apple Pay or an ioki prepaid card.
Important: HVV tickets purchased within the ioki Hamburg App do not entitle you to continue with other HVV means of transport.

ENTER YOUR START AND DESTINATION ADDRESS
We will immediately show you which vehicle can pick you up and where. In Lurup & Osdorf you will either be driven from your exact starting address to a station near your destination or we will take you from a station to your exact destination. However, you cannot decide, which one of the two will be the station, this will be selected by our algorithm – but be sure, we will always find the fastest way for you!
In Billbrook our on-demand service transports you daily 24/7 between the stops. Whether Billwerder-Moorfleet or Blue Bridge - 37 stops in Billbrook are connected by ioki Hamburg in Billbrook.
BOOK AND PAY YOUR RIDE
Once we have found a suitable shuttle for your request, you can book your trip. You can pay the surcharge directly in the app with a stored credit card or purchased service credits. In the app you can follow live where your vehicle is on its way to you.
SHARE YOUR RIDE
While driving, your vehicle may collect additional passengers who have a similar destination. Through these carpools, we can bundle several travel requests, optimally utilize our vehicles and thus also the roads and relieve the environment.
RATE YOUR RIDE
Once you've arrived, you can give us feedback and rate your ride. Finally, we'll navigate you to your final destination, if necessary.
PRICE

When I drop the pin on the map, the app crashes my phone. The whole phone is not responsive and reboots itself after a few seconds. Galaxy S10 / android 11

Very easy and convenient
It has the same concept as Über, but doesn't work so well as Über. Among the flaws i cite: - you can't see which cars are around you (which you can in Über); - most of the times you try to book a ride it says "no vehicle found" and then you see two, three vehicles passing by you...mostly empty! - drivers seems to have no power to choose which rides they take. Once i met one stopped right close to where i chose as 'pickup' point. He could've drove me and had empty seats, but when i tried to book a ride right in front of him it didn't showed to him! And for me the message "no vehicle found". Like, really?? - they change the address you booked the ride. Sometimes is on the other side of some avenue and you can't cross unless you walk several meters. While for the driver is usually an easy cross. - sometimes they change the pickup address to bus stops or the drivers stops at a bus stop (although this was not the pickup point!): if i could walk to the bus stop, i would just as well take a bus. I am disabled, so there is a reason why i am booking from other points. - sometimes you try to book a ride and they show you some option like 40min later?! And then if i try to schedule a ride for 40min later, i can never find a driver. What is the point? Something is deeply wrong here. I have tried Über in 5 different countries and i have to say you definetely need to improve your service and the app drive search algorithm if you want to get close to Über quality. It is sad because it is a good initiative, but if things don't work well, it will get descredit and bad evaluated. I really hope you improve it!
