Recent update got rid of check images once they are deposited or cashed. Id rather see the image for what check it was than pull out my checkbook every time. It also just plain stopped working all together over the past several days. Get to the sign in page then it just goes to a white screen and stops there. I hate it, but there's not any other option

I use it a lot but my biggest issue with the app is how I can't get notifications on my phone when my card or account is charged. I also hate I can't login with biometrics. The app seems kind of outdated with technology. You have to manually login every time to use the app and there's no way to set notifications or anything like that. Would make the app so much better...

Every time I log in. I have to re set my password. Than it'll tell me incorrect password. I got locked out. This app is terrible. I'm tired of making a new password. I go back to log in. It tells me it's incorrect.

Ever since I switched to Samsung note 10 app doesn't fully function. No fastbalance. I have reinstalled multiple times

Biometrics stopped working once the fingerprint is scanned it goes to a blank screen. If I login with a password it connects fine.

i have been banking with ion when it was nugatuck savings. years ago when i made my account i had the ka ching savings and i loved it. my move back to FL and opening a new account i didnt use my account often and lost the savings now that i have it again. its not as good as it use to be. i never get my matched change back.

You can't deposit checks because the app crashes everytime you try

Manage money makes our grocery expenses look high because Western Union is only in the grocery stores locally for money orders.

I have been waiting with much anticipation for this upgrade as I was lead to believe there would be big advantages aftrwards. One of which was to relieve my chief concern about the limitations on mobile deposits. Specifically, that you can only mobile deposit checks of less than $1000. Well, after the upgrade I am sad to see that has not changed. Capping deposits at that amount implies small thinking. Many other banks let you mobile deposit up to $10,000.

I am all for a good secure app, but ION has made it hard for those who use strong passwords and can't remember them all. You can't paste a Lastpass stored password into this app. Wells Fargo a much bigger company allows it. Might as well do a two step authentication too.
