I don't know why anyone will create this abhorrent app. Nothing works in this app. Now it's not even opening and stuck loading. I am not hoping for a fix as it is clear no one is bothered to fix these problems. It's much better if play store removes this kinda apps.

Extremely chunky feeling, the feedback is too slow. I dont understand why is the Video player so slow, even on the best internet it takes an eternity to start the video. There is no option to change the video quality, and full screen option is broken. Click on it and the video vanishes into oblivion. A lot is needed to be worked on.

Extremely unstable app. 2/10 times, it would actually work. Rest of the times, it would just get stuck on the loading page forever. I am constantly trying to raise a complaint against the app but to no help. I can't access my courses. I keep getting notifications of community posts which I can't even unsubscribe. Very disappointing.

Your security does not allow me to login to your portal right after resetting the password. Those types of self confidence and ignorance are the reasons for decay. Not that there was any fealty before.

Worst app I have ever seen on playstore. Shame on TCS for making such a 3rd class app with the worst UI/UX. Even after selecting the option 'Save Password', it asks for password every frikkin time. Not able to download results, not able to apply for degree certificate. It doesn't deserve even a single star.

After taking long time to display the options...we are allowed to see the lectures. We shouldn't touch the phone while class is going on..other wise it takes u to nxt class or previous class even with small touch..much of my time was wasted in searching the lectures I want.. Improvements needed...

I'm not sure why there have been complaints related to app access or seamless functionality. It has been a lucid experience for me so far. Highly simplified experience with all the controls at my finger tip. One stop destination to access all the solutions my organization has subscribed to. Right from login till the point I take an action, I haven't faced a single challenge. Even after the latest upgrade, the experience has only enhanced. Let's post genuine feedbacks guys..

Poor interface design. The app design looks like it was solely for the purpose of making it look good rather than focusing on usability and overall experience. Design is inconsistent and frustrating.

Lots of bugs are there. Not able to access to complete information. Not even able to move the screen,it got stuck at initial screen and that's it. You can't move further. Kindly do something with it.

Ive never seen such a bad app in my life, by the time it loads your profile you'll graduate, get married and started a family. Ugly UI, extremely slow load times, half of the time I have to contact University as this app or their iON portal does not work. Whomever is responsible for this app has done a terrible job. Also the design is bad, I mean some functions open in new tab, some in same, some do not have back button, some when close re-starts the whole portal. 🤦

I was looking for my results in this app, they just opened the webview of the web portal, which is slow to update the results. Irritating. And apparently there's nothing close to the screenshots shown.

Worst UI, i have registered using two mail IDs one by one, but not able to login with any ID. Even after reset of password by forget password link, i am not able to login, every time it prompt wrong password or ID. Not expected such silly things which is developed by TCS.

I have tried many times opening my results but it did not respond at all ,and it is very slow app,my data plan good to be open any site i m watching yvideos in high defination ,it clearly means my internet is not a problem..you should urgently fix that irresponsive button ,i need to access my university results.

there is no chance to rate zero rating,so that only i gave that above . I think this app was the worst I ever seen before, because of the reason of high data use but not work efficient speed.This is not exactly for user friendly and i felt quite difficult to operate , that only for expert programmers...👎

A very very very bitter experience with this application. Don't know how it was choosen for online classes. It's taking back 20 years behind. Can't even remember the login details atleast? And we should change the password often 😌. We are in 2020 but this application is working like 2000. I'm exhausted with this

It was worst experience with me. I forgot the password and never able to recover it back. Clicking thousand of time to forgot password and filling the information didn't make any difference. I didn't receive any mail id. It's the worst app I have ever seen. I will rate it -1

It does not work properly. I am a student of company secretary and supposed to take the online pre-examination through this app but whenever I choose one of the given courses, it does not respond and ultimately I have to log on to the website. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank You 😊

As soon as I open the app, it asks to log in. When used means like facebook and google+, it asks for registration on the website. However, there is no icon or option for registration anywhere. And in this way, we are not able to get through the app at all.

Not usable as UI is not stable. It must be worked out. My subject material science and engineering is not opening before one day of same exam. This is worst service I've ever faced. TCS team must look into it and help students.

Not at a good platform to learn. It can't show the things in a chronological manner. And sometimes the app gets struck when we try to scroll it down.

Worst app... Doesn't get logged in. I didn't expected this type of service from TCS. This app crashes all the time. And it doesn't open on Android phone. So I am using it on my iPad , but it always crashes while reading.

worst app ever. i cant fill my pending forms since this self servive portal came. I also raised tickets since but still not resolved. if they weren't able to do Digitization be properly, they should have not done it at all..This self service portal is nothing but an inconvenience to students because the transition to portal should have come into effect till now. Its been 3 weeks since this website and app was launched still nothing useful in here. I would have given negative stars i could.

This is a very poor app. Not at all helpful. I am trying to give my pre exam test but am not able to give even after log in. The site is even worst. I don't know what the Institute is doing. How do they expect us to learn from video lectures through such a poor functioning app.

Such a worst app I have ever seen! It doesn't even work when you need it the most whenever I try to login it says that it failed.cause of this worst app I couldn't even take my assessment. Please make sure if you are suggesting this app then please make some changes in this app. Such a worst experience I have had with this app!

Worst Service by ICAI and TCSiON, most of the options doesn't work properly. I think individual software engineers can make better user interface and services.
