This is an expensive rip off. The pricing is insane. Paid 27 euros for a 33 kw charge. Not only that, they also charged a 80 euro authorization fee without telling me clearly about it. I had to call them to later be told that i would get the 80 euros back within 48 hours. This is just insanely stupid. You could literally pay gas and get more miles with this pricing.
App doesn't show map when you need it, always logs you out when you need it, doesn't work most of the times... literally 3x times more expensive than any other network.
Ridiculous pricing! I don't find a navigation option either? It just gives me the list of nearby stations and then I have to manually type the address in another app to get there???
Took me 15 minutes to successfully add account. Two letters for last name was not accepted so I had to randomly generate a third character for it to accept the registration. Could not add payment with my first mastercard, after several tries, my second Visa card worked. Would prefer to pay with Swish in Sweden (phone number payment) but was not an alternative.
The app is... meh. Then theres Ionity the network. Insane prices. Even with a pretty efficient EV, compared with Swedish gas prices, the cost per km at Ionity is quadruple the cost with my old Saab. They also reserve €85 per ATTEMPTED charge, for a day or two, so if there's any issues with the charger you better sit yourself down with phone support unless you want another €85 locked up. Absolutely horrible system. Worst in the business.
Despicable way of using the EU funds to set up charging infrastructure and then ripping off everyone with a subscription model and really expensive prices. Completely insane and I just hope someone rethinks this. Until then, I won't be using your service.
Doesn't keep the login details for long and require you to login again and again all the time. Map doesn't work. App hasn't been updated in years.
Extortionate prices, app has terms and conditions in German only but have to agree to them. 10 times the price I pay at home and nearly 3 times cost of ECars and 2.5 times the cost of Tesla Superchargers.
No mapping available on app in uk (it is on the pc version). Appalling to launch this top range service with such a poor app.
App won't even show the map... Just see charging stations floating on a blank canvas
the app is useless since the map is not loading getting just a write blank screen
Needs fixing of map in regards to legibility and zooming
The app is terrible, the service is plain destroyed. As of February 2020 Ionity turned up the prices by over 1000%, from 80 NOK to 800 NOK for a full charge. The most legendary corporate failure in a very long time. 😭
Price hike means giving EV's a bad reputation. Go away IONITY. You can't kill the electric car, even if you tried! Booooh to you!
No map displayed. Absolutely useless
App just deleted, with costs now more than Petrol/Diesel I'm find other ways to charge.
Just got my ev this week and the prices ionity charge are going to be robbery. Deleting app. No thanks
Still no map available!
A complete rip off regarding the prices.
Very expensive. Why is this funded by european union?! It's cheaper to buy gas than power from ionity. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible app for such an important service
OMG RUINED MY DAY. worst developers and systems in the world. This app should not be legal, holy crab
Impossible to remove payment methods or delete my account
The app doesn't work.
Will never use Ionity again with the new pricing.
0.79 price per kWh is far too expensive. Is this the future of EV transport in Ireland, being held to ransome on public charge points? Might as well sell the EV and get a good old diesel. Shame on you Ionity and Circle K..
Easy to use
Rip Off Prices, Boycott Them.
The nice is great but the map is terrible. Roads / highways are almost invisible. It's hard to tell if it's a road or river. When zoomed out the map should show major roads but you can't see anything. Also charging stations should be aggregated less aggressively so it easier to see where they are. Please use normal map colours / style instead of reengineering it.
