For me, this worked where other SmartConfig utilities had failed - the wifi setup. Plus it is the only one I found that supports both ESP8266 AND ESP32 SmartConfig.

Worked perfectly with esp32. I did disable storage and phone permissions. before first use.

Was trying to use another app to config an esp device, unsuccessfully, until I've tries this one. Did the job.

Works with android 9 (pie). Let's you type in the SSID unlike other SmartConfig apps.

awesome its working but need proper description
Does the job and functions as needed. I wish there was a smartconfig app which would list the available access points instead of making me type one in manually. At least this one lets you type in the SSID. The EspTouch app picks it for you and sometimes picks the wrong one (e.g., it often picks my 5GHz SSID, which is not supported by ESP32).
