GETTING STARTEDTo use the Iowa State Bank App, you must be enrolled as an Iowa State Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

I started to get an error message and couldn't log in. Called the branch and they had me squared away in no time. Great app now and great customer service 👍
The app works reliably and I've never experienced any problems with it. I just wish it included additional features: e.g., the ability to transfer money to external accounts.
The mobile deposit check function hasn't worked this update and it's always worked before. Have good handwriting and have never had an issue before. Routing # for the bank isn't easily findable on here either.
The app is great except for the support (the actual bank knows nothing)...i did 3 stars because this bank charges 30.00 fees like nobodys business! Stay away!
Great Bank! Been with them since 1963. Account is easy to navigate. People are professional, sincere and treat you like family.
