Great app, I can do just about everything I need to on mobile. Have had occasional crashes and bugs, but they usually get fixed in a timely manner. Not a flashy app by any means, but very functional. One thing that I think could be improved would be for users to select how much history they want to show on accounts/check deposits etc. As of now I can only see about 30 days of history, while when signing in via a web browser i can see ALL my history.
When it works, it is great. But, when it freaks out, it stops working for days to months. Have deleted and reinstalled MANY times.
Pretty good, but is down for maintenance too many times and the pending vs posted is a little confusing to know if the balance is before the pending transaction or after. It would be better to include Multi-factor authentication too instead of forcing password rotation every so many days
App is down or non-functional far more often than it should be.
I can not get the app to open
I love the app! Sometimes have trouble signing in during non-business hours, but otherwise love it!!
Crashes when trying to open on Android 9 Pie months after Pie was released. Unacceptable for a banking app, especially when the bank advertises their "easy and convenient" mobile banking.
Very easy to set up. Check deposit was easy and the steps well explained.
The app can be slow and timeout, but most of the time it does work.
Fast account check and easy to transfer money and deposit checks from home!

Doesn't work with Google Pixel 2 with latest software update. Crashes won't open
I like it but it's slightly annoying not being able to log in late at night. I however don't know the reasoning behind it.

Aggravating. Once you get through the nonsense it's fine and allows me to handle my banking business
At least twice a month it won't let me log in. It says it can't validate the information even though my password is correct and my fingerprint was recognized. Then it locks me out completely because I've tried too many times (even though it's the correct login and password) The website also has technical issues often so maybe ISB needs a better program.
