Iowa Total Care

Would give no stars if I could. App is basically useless. Inconsistent info between app and website. Constantly redirected to website, repeated logins, etc.. Probably one of the worst medically related apps I've used. Don't understand their reasoning behind having an app that doesn't work, never gets worked on or updated, and doesn't seem to give consistent relavent information. Uninstalling..., at least I know that will work.

was easy to register & login. convenient since it has a digital card. Activated the Start Smart for mothers add on but it won't allow me to listen to any of the activities on there. Still trying to figure out all the benefits of my new plan, how to update my doctor, and exactly how to use the Start Smart.

Can't log into this app. Says Internal Server Error can't log in at this time

I registered. Tried to login and it said my account was disabled. Changed password. Still won't let me log in. I deleted app and re added it. Still nothing. Useless app.

Unable to use. I want to make of aware of problem when creating a caregiver account. If I use my child's birthdate, it says member must be 18 or older to create a caregiver account. And if I use my birthdate it says, we are not able to find a member with that information. The box is checked for I am a care giver for this member. Thank you for looking into this. I do not have an Iowa total Care member ID number so it doesn't seem possible to make an account for my kids.

Loaded and set up app easy enough but when i try to log in it says it cant log me at this time below that it says Unauthorized. Fix this!!

Needs updated, doesn't show all the information that it should or that the actual website shows. Kinda useless

Does not work at all is a bad app

It's alot better know since they made it easier for us members to get on and see what's going on with our health and know we're your meds are if they need a prior authorizations for anything.Just remember they ain't for speed they there for the customer service but alot smoother getting through the app to were you need to go I like it since the update!!!

App Keeps closing and redirecting back to log in and automatic password save won't SAVE! FRUSTRATING AND POINTLESS.
