- the conversion between the euro-dollar and a number of other functions are currently unavailable and are under development.
- in connection with the management of customer data in different branches, it is possible (extremely rare) not to reflect accounts, cards, loans, user deposits. To synchronize data, you need to contact the contact center.

Log in process is not organized well. If the user cannot remember his or her log in, s/he can't just log in. The app doesn't have the option like "Remind me" or smth. That must be considered

Terrible service, when you receive your refunded money, this bank doesn't transfer full amount despite it shows you received your money fully. A new way of stealing clients money? Sh#&!

I can not transfer my money from visa card to other uzcard except ipak yoli bank's card.
I was so surprised when they introduced qr code withdrawal. But this is Uzbekistan - nothing works fine. You can't withdraw your own USD from ATMs only converted to national currency. So it is useless. Today is Saturday, so no banks are working to go and cash out my dollars. I'm so pissed off. However, you can cash in your dollars through ATMs to your visa card. This is just a joke. If you're tourist just be prepared for such "surprises" bring cash rather using our bank ATMs. Peace.
