iParent App
The official iSAMS Parent app links directly with the iSAMS Parent Portal. It has been designed to offer parents a quick and easy channel for keeping up-to-date with their son or daughter's performance and any relevant school information, including last minute calendar notifications or event invites. It is aimed at enhancing the information flow from your school/teachers to parents ensuring greater engagement between all parties.
The iParent app offers parents a useful and configurable dashboard where they are able to view information and activities about all children at the school. Quick links are provided for:

Parents can use the app to view and subscribe to your school communications including emails, SMS messages and push notifications to the app. Push notifications will advise parents about any timely updates for each child, including information such as recently released reports or exam results, any rewards or detentions and pastoral records.
They can also view the contacts linked with their child and request changes to any contact details, thereby ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date.
As with the iStudent app, there is full access to all school news and bulletins (both current and archived news), the school calendar and the school directory.
The data used by the iSAMS Parent app is encrypted to ensure that confidential information cannot be accessed by unauthorised personnel. Your school also controls the level of visibility of information and communication subscriptions offered to parents.
Please note: The iSAMS Parent app must be installed by your school in order for it to be accessible to parents. It will only work as part of the iSAMS management informations system and Parent Portal.

Doesn't allow you to see attendance by class period in the app and the notification feature never worked. Annoying that there is no landing page where I can pin the most relevant links or documents from the school. I always have to go looking. It shouldn't require a user manual!
The functionality is pretty straight forward and easy to pick up. Really disappointing that there's such a disparity between the online desktop capability and the app though such as invoices not being available on the app.
Useless. Push notifications keep turning off. This means i miss when reports are loaded. Links to letters in the bulletin dont work. Have to go into letters amd documents, however not all the letters and documents are there! All of these issues have been fed back to ISAMS and the school but nothinh ever gets fixed. Utter rubbish app.
no push updates. takes us at least 20 minutes to find a document and we only look for it because we heard on the grapevine that it was there. no search with content keywords possible. very frustrating app. not recommended at all!
First few words of notifications appear on top of the mobile screen, but I have found no way to read the whole message, including going into the app. So important messages don't always reach me.
I have to use it because this is the only thing the school send parents any notice ... but i cannot open any letters on weekly bulletin. Basically i can see there is new letters or announcements made .. but i cannot access or response to any letter or announcements ... i have to go into and files and document archive folder in the setting section and search for any letters that are any relevant to me . many times i may miss replying to vital events like event parents evening if i miss a letter
Can't find the key info that parents want to know - latest infractions or missed assignments. Dashboard is useless. There are so many vague categories "(out of bounds"?) that teachers put comments in various places. Can't search by date. No integration with the four (!) other platforms the school uses for assignment tasks, so it's a further Easter egg hunt to understand what was missed and why. Only advantage - gives access to apparently the official /authoritative school record.
This app mostly does not work. The last 2 weeks it just won't work. When you try to view anything, it just circles and nothing happens.
The worst app ever! The creators should be ashamed of themselves. The app constantly clears off the login information, and there is no way to restore it via the app or the website. Navigation within the up is poorly designed. The hole programming side of the app profoundly lacks basic professionalism.
Its awful and unmanageable
Provided some feedback via email regarding school reports not displaying correctly as the text is cut off. Otherwise other functionality is working as expected so far.
Complicated to use, doesn't provide notifications of new documents so school ends up sending emails to tell us new docs are available, then you have to hunt for them in the app
Very frustrating and unstable app. Loses personal information/records and gets it back randomly.
Not working, this is now stuck on the dashboard and won't display any information from the school. So frustrating.
Certain documents dont download/open, this has been an issue for at least 6 months. They need to work with the school more efficiently.
The password couldn't be saved. Everytime for log in I forget the password as it's 12 numbers password. There is no password reset button.
I am not receiving push notifications. My settings are on in both app as well as on device. I am using Samsung S10 .
It works easy and flawless. The information is intuitively found.

Not user friendly. Can not refresh and waiting time never end for waiting the refresh.... Please rectify
After entering school code.. missing string error is displayed.. could not login to the app.. I can login in the website..
Cannot open any documents. Just "downloading" message appears.
Poor overall for Android. Latest update results in unusable login area.
