Nice app. I use it twice a week for parking and save money. Sometimes it doesn't open correctly but if you have trouble open it directly from your Google Play store app it will open for you.

This app is pretty awful. Every action is painfully slow. Their website is slow, too, so it's likely the backend. every single interaction is painfully slow, and sometimes it just spins forever, and you have to kill the app and try again. If you click on a garage from the list and it doesn't open for 30 seconds, so you click 7 more times, it'll eventually open the thing 8 times over, with a delay for each. The worst part is that if you need this, you really rely on it.

Used this app for the 1st time & will not be using it again. We had no issues entering the garage. When we returned to the garage to leave, we had problems with the barcode and unlocking the door. We were finally able to enter after about 10 attempts. Got to the car and was exiting but the gate was not lifting and prompted us to swipe our card. We tried multiple times but ended up swiping our card to exit. I checked my account this morning and I was double charged for parking.

Finding parking versus trying to create a reservation is down right confusing and inconsistent. Using find parking, the addresses flashes constantly across and if you catch an address in time, it doesn't do anything. Instead, use find parking (usually requires a reboot of phone (a pixel 3) to make this work). When it works, it's fine. It's also silly that if you set the start date and time that the end time don't update to the that day or hour equal to or greater than the start. Bad UI.

The garage in Washington DC Penn Quarter is fine, but the iparkit monthly subscription service is not. I followed their instructions to cancel my monthly parking, which I only needed seasonally. However, they're still charging me $275 per month in spite of my cancellation. When I emailed them to reverse the charge, customer service merely offered to forward my request to the parking location. This is not an acceptable response.

What happened to this app? The screen just flips over and over. Unable to make advanced reservations. Just wont stop. Tried to close it and it just keeps popping up. Not very helpful. I have uninstalled/reinstalled restarted my phone and just the same issues. App used to be really good. It's a shame since it looks like lots of people are having the same issue and the developers do not seem to be addressing

I've loaded the app and I buy my parking space twice already, and the app just spins like its thinking and doesn't display my ticket. I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it still doesn't work. I end up having to print the paper out. I have an Android, but I wish they fix the bug in it.

I have been using this app since October of last year. It was ok until recently. Lately it either won't let me in the parking garage or it won't let me out ok the parking garage. I go to school at night, so it's really inconvenient to be sitting and waiting at 10 o'clock at night waiting for the costumer service person to figure out what's going on. Just this week haven't been able to use the app at all because it just keeps thinking never populating my program pass. I have had to pay more for parking which is bad because I have class Monday - Thursday. I have always used my Galaxy S6.

Horrible! Create account. Worked. Enter credit card info (scanning didn't work by the way). Error message that email already exists! Try to log in again. Pass/login doesn't work. Reset password. Link goes back to page to either log in or create account. No option to reset or enter new password. Deleting account, uninstalling app. Great setup.

App works great, parking rates are SO GOOD with the app! I've used it many times for a Dr. appointment nearby the traders garage and elsewhere in the city I use this whenever possible because of the great rates. I'd call it a locals secret. Searching could be better, but if you have an address it works just fine. I have only used in Chicago, I'm not sure how many cities it's in.

Omg. What a horrible app. App just decides to stop working in the middle. Shows me the wrong address upon searching. I ended up walking 9 blocks because app showed me the wrong address and I picked up a nearby parking spot of the search results. Very buggy and very slow. Needs some heavy work.

App always shuts down, takes forever to load, home screen has never fully loaded, and cannot process my express pass request. I have to open my reservation pass from the receipts tab before I leave home so it'll load before I get to the deck I park in for work. This app would be ideal if it functioned well. Its constantly infuriating but I have to use it daily so it's a necessary evil. Please fix!!!

You will pay $55, instead of $18 for 5-12hrs, if you don't download the app. so if your plans change (Jury Duty let you out early) you are completely ripped off, if you don't take a time out to find out the rest of the story. Can you say truth in advertising?!

I love this app it is very convenient, helps you find a near by garage and you don't have to worry about losing your ticket and having to pay at the kiosk and now it has a save your spot option, very nice, i wonder if they let you take a picture of where you parked so that you can remember where you left your car or share it with friends and family if you need them to pickup your car for you.

Works as described most times. Occasionally sitting at the gate for a long time while it struggles to read the qr code. Not sure if that's a problem with the app or the garage hardware, but it's frustrating.

Tried to reserve parking spot for approx 2 days . After booking, the reservation showed the wrong time, so we tried to correct it and after hitting submit it canceled the original but again showed a different time frame than what was selected. We tried a third time and the reservation canceled completely. We decided to try the website instead, and on the website it showed our original reservation with the correct time. There were also 10 attempted charges to card used this app is horrible.

The app design is awful. You have to select a garage before you can even see the price making browsing garages a slow process. Refuses to save my license plate numbers. Interface is confusing and not very user-friendly.

I really enjoy that because it makes getting and out in-and-out of the parking ramp easy and quick. However there are some issues with it working correctly all the time and flashing repeatedly.

The app does not recognize the correct phone screen resolution and overlays the QR code with the picture of the parking lot scanner. I could not read the QR code or the parking reservation number so the parking lot customer assistance rep would not let me leave, even though my plate has been on file for the last 3 years with iParkit. I was able to find the email with the reservation number and QR code and could then leave. It has consistently overlaid the QR code and reservation number recently.

I paid for the parking, got into the garage, but after I closed the app I could not retrieve the QR code that would allow me to get out of the garage. I emailed the customer service but they never responded. I had to pay for lost ticket which was an additional $20 so that I can leave.

Terrible experience. Could not use all functions. I have no idea if my credit card has been charged for anything, as I have not submitted a reservation, but I have an email with a barcode for a reservation!

Just installed. Payment method screen: needs the slash in the expiration date field to submit the form, but offers only a basic numeric keypad so no way to key in date in right format. Had to type it with the slash in another app then copy/paste into the field. Dumb UX problem.

The barcode does not come up when I get to the garage but will when I'm at home. I am not able to get the rate that I am suppose to get when "going touchless" as you say. What is the purpose of the app when it does not work. Also it constantly crashes.

I want to give this app zero star. I use to like this app very convenient but lately the app is acting up and now i can't change my payment information to a new credit card which the one on file i will have to cancel soon. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, log out and log back in but nothing works. Can someone help me? Updates: A customer service representative replied via email (which didn't help or answered my question correctly) and she had to call me but still wasn't able to help.

I created an account. It keeps putting me in Atlanta. I live in Pittsburgh. When I enter everything in, including the garage in PITTSBURGH, it's saying I need to pay $24 to proceed, when the garage should be $10. I called the number and had to leave a message. Waiting for a call back to see if it can be corrected...
