I have tried to make policy..amount paid but policy not generated. I have been trying to cancel the policy but no use at all.
If possible I want to give minus 5 stars to this app. It never functions properly.
Worst App and very worst service. Fed up with lombard team.
the app is nice but some databases information for vehicle models varient are missing or they are confusing its a big deal to choose correct varient , exact terms should be used for varients of all vehicles, make moRe efficient so that we dont need pc's

After update getting error as ORA-00942 table or view does not axist
This is not a very good application as there is lot of things which need to be upgraded. Only update is not enough, app must be user friendl which can speedly lead to completion of work.
Once Payment initiated for renewal of policy and if its fail or not complete , app not allowing to renew again policy , and deactive renew option and status show closed ...Please rectify this error and update ...allow renewal if payment nit completed and active renew tab there Many times not showing renewal policy details under login , not showing renewed policy to download ...solve it
Third class app. If there is less than 0 rating I will give. App is third class most of the time doesn't open and doesn't show correct policy sell data. ICICI Lombard not even taking care if it's partners. Not paying commission on time. No reply from company.
Worst ever app. Every week comes with new updates only to worsen the quality and features of the app. Most of the time unable to open
It is worst app, now is showing csc page only at time of login. We are not able to use other option. Employee can't not showing our data in this app

Please improve the app.... App needs to ne user friendly and it's should mention the detail of agent business too with policy holder.Unable to upload the documents for reimbursement. Need lots of work.

For two wheeler insurance there is a problem in uploading. Many time size and uploading proble also Process is very slow. Faild in Document reading
Downloaded the app but how to sign up as new. No option available. It should be user friendly. Terms used seems like jargons to Layman.
Just downloaded the App. It is asking for user name & pw, though I have not created so far for this App. Hence unable to log-in. This issue to be resolved.

I down loaded the app It does not allow creation of log in id and psss word but directly expects you to know log in id and pass word I tried to uninstall it and re install it three times but no use

Most of the tabs which doesn't function properly. Dashboard is good. Clicks on them doesn't give you correct results like renewal, pending, converted. Interface has to improve. Many feature are lacking .. like sending policy to the customer on their mail id or download the policy document, etc
