The trip calculator should be very prominent It sitting behind five different lengths before you can find it. That's just stupid. And it says you can click for your start and stop that is not true It does not recognize a mouse click at all.
Love using I-PASS and not worrying about stopping and paying the tolls. It's makes traveling smooth and relaxing. I would recommend getting one.
Your phone service is the worst one I've ever encountered with. I've been on a hold 2 times today for 30 minutes each time and both times the connection just brakes.
Can't log in anymore. Says my email account is not a valid account. Does recognize my security question. This in spite of the fact that my daughters middle name has not changed. App is junk. Illinois, we can do much better.

Seem to me this app is not a trusted app. Use at your own risk. Don't let app name fool you to believe this app is authenticated by Illinois State Highway.
Altogether great app, but currently can't set an "ending date" past 12/31/2019 for rental cars. Seems like a silly oversight.
I love this app on my old phone. The app will not let me log in on my new phone. When I go to password reset, it asks me security questions, that either tells me I am wrong, when I am right, or questions I never submitted answers for.

My get ipass account having technical issues and ipass mobile app too Tell me to create a account and so on (choose existing account or create a account) I can't even access my ipass account online or on my mobile phone App and website needs be updated or something I have auto plenished hope its still on Hopefully my account get fixed and the phone app too Amanda virmala
Well designed app and easy to use. Provides an easy way to manage your I-Pass account once you have activated it on the official site.
I will put 0 no way to contact not accurate no way too see each transaction be careful they will rip you off lot of errors in the system will charge you double or more and you call they will never refund you or credit you.
This thieving app (Yes, they took money from me) is one reason people are leaving Illinois at a pretty good rate. So many atrocious issues with our government and infrastructure. I just hear it all of the time about my city (Chicago) and my state. People always ask, how can you live in such a corrupt place?! I am starting to think on that.
It used to be easier before with the old version but now its hard to navigate through.
I cannot add any of my credit card through the app or online which is so stupid. such a poorly made app.
Works good for me, but I have a question, how can I add a transponder to the same account??? It doesn't give me the option
This app is useless in not signing in and paying your tolls. Not user friendly at all.
No way to contact during the shut down to make payments. Then get a notice that your account is low.
Only thing is they charge to add money to your account you can add money for free over website
Not very good at refreshing and updating tolls and balance.
Ipass shows me all the calculations and how they dont add up as to why they are charging me and their customer service try's to cover up for it but they are literally robbing people. Smh

After there update, can no longer print monthly statement from phone.
The IPASS Illinois will not open up keep going around .I am unable to pay because I can not get the app up

Use of app is very easy, but why is there a processing fee on the app and not on the website?
Couldn't log in on the old ipass manager app. Changed my password. Still couldn't log in. I could log in on the browser just fine, but it Locked me out for 30 minutes every time I tried on the app. I uninstalled and found it doesn't exist anymore, which is why I'm here. No notification at all. The old app was made by the same company, why didn't they just update it? Typical tollway bs. They don't care at all just give them free money.
