Pretty incredibly bad app. If you're lucky enough to even get a login to work, you get a permanent notification at all times you're connected. Fortunately, it doesn't even work to log in right now so I don't have the terrible spam notification. All it says is, "Please connect to the Internet before activating." I am on both mobile data AND on wifi at the moment. No other apps have trouble using the connection...
Its not been a perfect app in the 3 or 4 years I've had it, but it's gotten worse recently. Staying to connected to a network is near impossible, and now in the list of available networks it's just all the same network listed repeatedly
App keeps crashing on ChromeOS causing a full screen ANR. This disrupts my workflow every few minutes. Really embarassing when I'm in meetings. Otherwise the app is generally good at connecting to wifi. Recently it has been the bane of my life.
it connect me to the hotspot once, but then it always disconnect after trying many time the wifi directed me to sign up section of the provider.. also i have submitted my wifi at home.. yet it does not connect me via ipass.. so my wifi data will be used.
Any option to prevent it from running all the time? It interferes with google fi. Also stopped working on Alaska airlines "Problem with connect to services (4001)".
recently the app started working way much better. more reliable and connects to more networks. Good job.
Recent update prompts for some new validation of email but it won't take my credentials. Unusable.
Nice app but I get tired of some of these apps that come with my phone because I usually don't use them and they take up space.

annoying notifications
The recently added "silent notifications" are useless and distracting. I don't need iPass to tell me which network I'm connected to all the time, the system bar does that well enough.
Why is this always running? I don't want it to. And on occasion that I want it to connect on a plane it usually does not work.
Millions of wifi hotspots? I've yet to find one. Just spent a weekend in nyc would not connect to any hotspot
Keeps trying to use wi-fi that it doesn't have access to (BT WiFi with Fon). Means you have to turn off WiFi completely to use data. All pain, no gain.

Would be nice if it actually worked. Keeps telling me I need to be connected to the Internet to activate, yet somehow I'm on the Internet, writing this review...
There is this annoying notification that won't go away when you try to swipe it. It stays there even when connected to non affiliated wifi, like my work wifi. I want an option to not have it run in the background, as I only need when I travel outside my "zone". I don't need this app running 24/7 and for it to take over my notifications.
