iPay - Bangladesh (Beta)

I depend on this app for last some months. It's really one of the best app. Superb service. For some rules and regulation of gov it takes time to complete the transaction. But they are sincere in there service. And there service fields are increasing day by day. Help line is user friendly. Anyway best of luck, iPay team.

#1. Goto top up. browse contact. Doesn't show all the numbers who have multiple numbers in contact list. #2. Stupid situation while recharing teletalk number. Transaction goes to pending tab and cant do another recharge untill the pending one is complete which results I can't do another top up within next 10-15 minutes. Rubbish.

At this stage of our country's digital advancements, ipay is doing a great job. However, the use of credit cards has increased significantly nowadays and thus charging 2.5% for Visa/Mastercard and 3.5% for Amex is totally undesirable. Try to reduce to 2% and 3% at least OR omit totally if you really need a boost in your userbase. Remember other competitors are also doing cash-ins via credit cards but at reduced rates or no charge at all. So rethink what you need to do regarding this.

Can't even login!! no otp text reaches to my phone!! I already contacted support via ipay facebook page several days ago, still no solution!!! Edit: now fixed finally after so many days!! customer service should improve!! Edit 2: Incredibly slow transection time!! takes more than 3 working days in every bank transfer!! 🤷🏻

So far I am quite happy with the service iPay provides. Sure the app needs some more improvement but not a big issue for me. I hope it becomes a huge success and helps us to achieve full digital currency and go cashless. Way to go iPay team!

1. Adding money from Bank account will take at least 3 working days. 2. Adding money from debit/credit card will be subjected to an additional 2.5% service charge? Is this convenient at all? 3. On top of all that you have removed Brac and City Bank credit card loan payment facilities. are you guys kidding? This is ridiculously outrageous. I'm gonna cash out somehow and uninstall it. Thanks for nothing.

Really a good online banking solution this is, but I think it should be taken some more features and fixes to it. Firstly, the transaction from bank should be as fast as possible. Secondly, skitto, a SIM from Grameenphone, should be added to recharge option, as many of us use this SIM. Thirdly, there is no option to create a personal iPay account through web site, though business account can be created on web. Hope you will add these facilities to iPay to increase your market demand.

Excellent app for financial management but only one constraint is adding money cost very high. We would therefore look forward to hearing from iPay system of reducing the charge to 1% for Visa/Master card & 2% for AMEX. That's it. Thank you!

Ipay is nothing but a useless apps for me. They are charging 0.95% for paying lankabangla card payment. I was so astonished to see that. The are changing 2.5%/3.5% for adding money from card. It takes 3 working days to transfer money from bank accounts to ipay wallet. It takes 2/3 working days to update a credit card payment. That means no positive sides are remaining. I am discouraging to everyone about Ipay.

My user experience is very bad. Every time i login to this app it says connection time out, where my wifi speed is good for other site. So i think it is your apps problem. Pls solve it. I can not top my mobile balance after trying for one hour.

App is good functioning and easy to use. But add money charges is very high as there are many alternatives which don't charge at all. So if you not eliminate charge than it will be un used app for me.

This application is full of bugs. When I use biometric login then it's automatically check mark in the remember field. Next time when I open the application then it's automatically logged in. Provide the facility at first then try to secure it. Your service has no uses at this moment but before receiving the facility a customer undergoes a huge verification process. The basic thing is to collaborate with the bank at first. If you take 3 to 5 business days to manage fund how will customers worth it? Without proper financial management how could it be a useful thing?

They can not solve a simple amount top-up problem in 11 working days. What will they do if the amount is 100 or more only god will know. I think everyone should be aware before making any transaction with them. Because if by any chance transaction failed only god knows when they will refund the unsuccessful refund. I still did not got my unsuccessful top-up refund.

After doing a few transactions i have to revised my review because now i am satisfied with the app. very useful as well. But when i use this app using wifi then it creats problem. it says connection time out. pls adress this issue.

This e-wallet balance can be used to Mobile Banking to Bkash App purchase goods & services from both physical and online shops. You can also send money or transfer balance to each other and recharge mobile. iPay has introduced QR code based payment for the first time in Bangladesh. Every transaction is secured with PIN along with two factor authentication.

I added money on September 6 but the money has not been added yet. It's too bad. On the other hand, credit card payment is over. Now the fine has to be counted. If you can't provide good service then close the app.

App is good with different options. The reason for giving one star is new charge on adding money to the wallet. You just lost your competitiveness to Bkash, which offer free cashin though need physical intervention and they offer much more flexibility and discount accross different industry

Very much bad experience recently... No call center Activation, no add money option ( OTP service off), no quick response from the contact center, overall they are done in a sense...... Not recommend at all

I have found this app very effective. But one problem in adding money carge from credit card. I think its very disgusting and reduce the use of this wallet. So immediately off the charge. In last update u told that charge of Add money is reduced but in action its not true?

Great Application. Simple, but Wonderful interface. Works very smoothly, both iOS & Android Platform. Secure Mobile Banking. - Must add more payment gateways (Mobile banking like bKash, Rocket etc) for adding funds to iPay Account.

Professionalism is non existent. Never pick up the call from customer care. Never reply through any means like email, app's complaint center or call. They say transaction may take 3-5 days, most of the time its 7-15 days. Unreliable, untrustworthy, worst service.

Adding money and Withdrawing money to bank account should be real time. Service charge for adding money from card and credit card payment is too high. Otherwise very useful App.

I have added money from my account, and when want to transfer money to another account then it say your monthly limit of taka 0.00 Then try to contact helpline, but can't contact to customer service. Finally i'm in shocked with my balance.

service is good. overall i feel nice. but one thing that bother me. add money was free upto 5000 BDT at first but now you charge 2.5% everytime regardless what amount i want to add. that's very annoying.

Sorry to say Worst one! I have tried to sign up into this app but failed. Several time re send the code to my phone. I didn't get the code even for a single time.

AVOID THIS SERVICE!!! I have requested add money from Bank 40,000 Tk and after a while iPay suspended my account. They transferred my money from Bank in suspended state but not receiving any phone call/ email response for unblocking. They have stolen my money. Update: Finally they responded and restored my account. Try to give max priority on customer support.

Awesome app but charge is extremely high specially in adding money from VISA/Master Card > 2.5%.. it should be reduced. One more thing is that adding money from bank account through BEFTN is killing more times it should be executed within T+1 days formula basis.please consider & develop...I think the authority should take it seriously......

Love this app. Save a lot of my time. Though they are taking huge time for adding money from Bank and paying Credit card bill

I can't add money more than 10,000tk from my Credit card. I was wishing to pay my Lanka Bangla Card bill which was min due of 12,000tk. But i can't make it. What is this? How can 10,000tk is the monthly limit to add money for such an Application? I just can't get it. Please explain.

Too much charge apply for adding money from Credit Card!!! 2.5% Too much and higher then credit card cheque of all Banks. Now fully uninstall ipay because of excess charge for adding money from credit card. Not using ur Bank account for adding money.
