An excellent app for the Victure. The "alert" menu will wrongly claim you have no SD card if it doesn't find any alerts. The "Alert sound" is really an "Alarm sound" from the camera (to scare intruders). You will get an "Alert sound" on your phone. It would be good if you could choose a special sound, but you only get the general phone alert sound. Video is played back at x1 speed, and is difficult to navigate on a phone. It would be good to have a fast forward/backward option for playback.

The camera works pretty good. Provides a clear picture. The sound is clear, too. However, the app is terrible. When I first view the camera on the app, the sound immediately mutes. I have to turn the sound on every time. It's nice to have the option to turn the sound on/off, but why would it automatically turn off? The worst part is I keep the app open at night, so I can hear if my baby wakes up. Often, I will wake up in the morning and the app will be turned off. That doesn't do me any good!!

I have been using this app for the past 6 months maybe (not sure) and i haven't have any issues. Recent, i started to experience issue with the alarm notification ( no pushing them to my phone) and let the developers know it. These were really helpful and willing to look into the problem. After a few days, i received an email letting me know, they fixed the issue. Good job team.

Love the app and camera, but I'm having issues again.... I had to reset the camera due an internet connection issue. Once the connection problem was solved, I reset and tried reconnecting the camera, and no matter what I do, I can't get it to reconnect. Please help!! Note: I am on 2.4 wifi, the password has been checked for accuracy, and I even tried to connect with the camera, phone and modem all in the same room. It still won't connect.

So, I've bought a Victure camera just after my laptop was stolen and I'm pretty much pleased with it. The app though needs a lot of improvements. Firstly, it needs an event navigator, instead of date navigator or both. Secondly, it needs a speed modifier or some kind of slider to go back and forth in real time. I keep seeing events that are captured and there is nothing but a static image, so I want to navigate the video back and forth to see what's happening. And it is not that easy on the app. Thirdly, the event thumbnails could be already populated, instead of having to click everyone of them to see what is happening in that moment. I'm gonna give it 3 stars and I'll add one for the new cloud update which I thing is a brilliant idea although just PayPal for a paying method is not that comfortable.

The time is an hour off, there is a lag while watching movement, the lighting goes dark for seemingly no reason, I didn't see an english version of the privacy policy and while watching the view it consistently goes out every minute or so and I would like it to stay on. There are a few other glitchy things, like audio issues as well. If you purchased just to keep a light watchful eye on things, this does mostly what it should, but this is definitely not what is needed for better security.

Overall I like these cameras. I think some of the reviewers have had difficulty finding the right settings, so.....timeline, it's config in the camera setting, yes you have to go and change this when you first set the camera up but once this is done it has never reverted for me unless you reset the camera? I have 6 of these and yes, the 10 second "alarm" record isn't quite enough - but if the movement occurs again it will record a second time or you can pay for continual record?

Please fix your app!!! The notifications and playback is broken. Bought two cameras. The cameras themselves and connection with the app are okay... But the app is buggy. The notifications don't come up on my phone and I have to open the app to see them. The playback is defaulting to Cloud (paid feature) even if I changed multiple times to SD card. Also it doesn't record the event but there is a very low resolution picture with a play logo in the middle. You basically can't see anything. Hope they fix it....

BEWARE: They will take your money and then provide no way to cancel. I did the free trial of cloud storage. I purchased a monthly subscription of cloud storage, then changed my mind. I have scoured the app multiple times. Absolutely no way to cancel subscription via app. I have found two different emails for this company and have emailed both multiple times over the past week with no response. I will probably have to cancel my card at this point. Don't bother with these crooks! Not worth it!

Hi I have an issue, that the alerts are showing 0 - 2am and 2am - 4am with no date and they remain there over every day, without actually listing the new alerts. I can't delete them as it keeps telling me that it's part of the current day, but it's not it's from days back. Lots of great features and fixes in the update thank you, but some need some more bug reporting (shame you don't have a site for reporting bugs) the issue happened after I changed the time to the correct time for my region. PLEASE can you get back to me with a response on how to fix this! It's pointless having this cloud account if I can't even view alerts..

Worked great when I first bought it. Tried restarting resetting and everything in between but for the past few weeks it has been useless. My cloud storage is active and in force but the alerts shows a microSD icon, when I tap on any alert it says "no video" and doesn't record anything anymore. The timestamps are completely wrong and changing the timezone appears to do NOTHING. There is no one to contact in the help section of the app either... I'll probably have to return it at this point.

The cameras are good for the money The app is awful. Set times for the motion alerts and they just go off constantly. Would be nice of you could select the amount of time that's recored before and after the motion detection. Should be able to select in the field of view where motion is detected to reduce the amount of alerts if you live on a busy road like I do. I'm almost at the point of returning the 2 cameras just because off the app its poor to say the least needs a revamp being honest.

Used this camera for a few years; it worked well. However, now I have switched ISP and it won't connect. The app doesn't recognized my 2.4,G even though my phone is set to it. I have 2.4 and 5G, I keep getting a message that says "doesn't recognized 5G. I tried resetting but now that doesn't work either. It doesn't blink red, it's steady. Two problems. Very frustrated. It is the app or the camera?

I had to buy the cloud service to get the playback feature to work - with an SD Card. My cam is in a nursery so that feature is useful. Frustrating it forces you to spend money. The app also closes the cam view after a few mins. I used to be able to keep it up on my device for hours when my child is sleeping. It no longer allows that (edit: on same network & sent feedback many times). Last, it still shows I have no devices loaded to the app from time to time. Not a reliable app.

The camera is great but the app is very bad. Every time I open the app i will need to login twice. I didn't purchase the cloud and have used the SD card to store the videos. However, I keep getting an error message regarding the SD card and not able to get a response from the technical support. Update: Finally able to reach the technical support. Problem solved. Give back 3 ⭐ because the camera is really great.
