ap lost my cameras. will not reconnect wireless. they work only with ethernet plug. kinda useless cameras now. after 4 days down. working wireless again. 5 years no other issues.
Ads started popping up about things I looked for on my phone that had nothing to do with this app. Invasion of privacy. Who knows what other information they obtain like private writings etc
The issue seems to be fixed now. I'm updating my review. I can't give it 5 stars because the playback feature lacks some control. A fast forward and rewind would be nice. Suggestion: Playback should have a fast forward and rewind control giving the ability to skip through the quiet time and get right to the motion. It records 1-2 minutes when motion is detected, sometimes the motion is at the end of the minute.
Can't turn infrared lights off at night so get used to having loads of alerts with bugs or rain flying Infront of the camera. If anything happens at night you'd have to watch the full 10 hour footage to see when, on a rainy night. Can't install a secondary ir light to deter bugs away from the camera either. The app only allowes you to go thru time in minutes rather than seconds. No windows support so you can't use it on a PC either. Has to be on your phone. App seems glitchy too.
App says no SD card found, however the time line allows me to scroll to the past so is obviously working despite telling me its not. Would be great to have option to turn off IR. And during playback some fast forward and rewind would be good. Also I have to clear the app from my recently opened screen before it will load again. Seems some issue with switching between apps and back to this one.
Almost works. Camera is fine (not secure wirelessly but fine hard wired) and app does the job but it only alerts to one user. There are several ppl in our house (not an uncommon scenario) and we can share the video stream BUT only one receives the movement alerts. Why? Alerting to movement is a key capability and requirement. Fix that and you have a functional application. Please do fix. ASAP
Horrible app. has alot of issues and believe this is actually designed for Apple not Droid applications. The most annoying error is that the motion detection will constantly alert you of the video clip even after reviewing. It will not let you delete the video clips either. Just a complete train wreck of an app that needs to be overhauled all together

It Works but sometimes you have to click and click a few times to get it to load the camera. Sometimes it just crashes and shuts down. A lot of time whwn you try to review from thw sd card it will olat and most times it will not. I have 8 of these cameras that use the app and sadly it effects all. I do not use the cloud service.
Logs you out all the time, making alerts not actually work, which makes the app\camera system completely useless. 2 stars because it was relatively cheap, but still a complete waste of money.
Terrible piece of software. Was good at first. But now it no longer recognises movement unless the movement is right in front of the camera. Useless if the intruder is more than a foot away. This is with the sensivity set to highest setting too.
I don't know what all the complaining and bad reviews are about, especially ppl that use it indoors, I have been using mine for at least 3 months outdoors in the weather and I have not had any trouble with it, it's got a great picture and I haven't had to do anything to it, except look at it when ever I want, really you guys must be doing something wrong, no way I got the only good one. I definitely and honestly, absolutely recommend this camera. Can't beat it for the price.
Only complaint is you have to enable/disable motion detection per device/camara. Can be a pain with several devices, and leaving your home regularly. Would be simpler to have a single on/off button for all devices (or configured devices, maybe an auto option).
Works!!! Use the pro NOT the reg ipc360 app. It doesn't work!! Deleted reg app. After 10 unrelentless tries, to connect the pet cam. Downloaded the ipc360 pro app instead. And it WORKED!! Albeit (lan connected) as the cam wants you to be on 2.4ghz NOT 5ghz. Which my Xfinity internet is automacially set to 5ghz (no changing it). So FYI the reg app will NOT for wired nor wifi unless you are on 2.4ghz. The PRO will work with hard LAN wired. Camera pics are CLEAR. SOUND IS CLEAR..not loud.
When I go to log in and look at my child the screen is black. There is nothing wrong with the camera or placement the camera just doesnt work most of the time !!! I have to close the app and log back in SEVERAL times to view the camera. Dont bother buying its not worth it.
Worked fine until recently when the app told me 'camera offline' I followed instructions to reset but the app told me 'no device found' I am using with an ethernet cable so its not been a problem with the WiFi. Downloaded this app as there was no update on the previous but its the same problem. Waste of money and space. Very disappointed.
All of a sudden, app can't find any of my 5 cameras. Restarted cameras, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still nothing. Cameras directly connected to modem, not wireless, and when I try wired setup, says "No Devices Found". So, so, so frustrating. UPDATED App and cameras have been functioning fine for a few days now. UPDATED App now starts with ads. I'm done.
