pos. logged out to clear cache no way to log in and retrieve cameras I got these cans to watch home in Philippines but once you log out you have to be directly connected to that router so if you in another country these are completely useless.

I need the Port number the camera uses so i can view on desktop. Please help and I will change the ratung to 5 star

This app is about as much use as a chocolate teapot . Not supported in the UK.

Does not support UID other than 20 characters. My p2p camera has 17 characters UID. Hope they can solve it.

Keeps asking for password

After I installed the app again could not get online. Keep getting an edit saying, wrong password. Wrote several times to get the password from company and never received a response. They don't care. Want to return this product as now I have no use for it due to not being able to get online.

After last update the camera cannot be accessed. Asks to change old password which I don't have, and even if I attempt to put something in nothing happens when I try to submit it. This has been happening to other users for weeks, why have weeks gone by without any resolution of the issue?

After the last update, the cameras are not accessible any more if app decides that password is too weak.

the app is usually great however after the current update i cannot acces the cameras as its asking for an old password which i dont have :s

Does not work with wireless connection- initial wired setup OK, then entering WiFi password appears to configure camera but connection drops as soon as cable is unplugged; wireless never connects, even after restarting camera.

I have tried installing this cam on my HTC816g but the cam is showing its connected but not showing the live cam going on....Pls help it's urgent

Very good app, easy to setup (you need to make the wired connection first), after one year no problems so far.

you should make a pc software also :)

People have posted reviews about WIFI connection issues. You have to hard wire the camera first, then setup the wifi feature. For the price of the camera, this app works perfect. I am able to leave my house and travel at least 100 miles and still I can see what activities are going on at my house. Now, the only downfall of this app is, it don't allow for transferring or sharing videos or photos. I've been trying to do that. Add it please, that would make this app the much better.

If you change the default credentials on your camera this app doesn't work any more because "wrong password" , you are not make a connection to your camera with new credentials, this app doesn't have any fields complete with pass and user. Why advanced settings is inactive ?

I can control and view anytime at anywhere with my phone..
