I've been using iPeriod for Mac since 2012, and I absolutely love it. I love it so much hat I wanted to use it on my android phone too. However, I've just found out it's not possible. There's no sync option! Look: if you want it to be a paid app to be fully functionl, so be it. I'll pay, just like I've paid for the Mac app. But please, make sync possible again!
Used to work great, now it won't save any data. As soon as you close the app it resets you period length and flow to a 7 day period with medium flow regardless of what you input. Makes the predictions basically useless as well as the data it'd using is wrong.
Really liked this app until I had to reset my phone and lost all the data. I had so much in there and now it's all gone. Their website states it's backed up by providing an email account, but it's not true. Tried reaching out to support a few times with no response. Unless you don't care about retaining the data, I don't recommend this app. Ending up being a waste of my time. It's seems like they have pretty much given up on this app.
I just switched to a new phone and lost 8+ years of data that was very important to me (our entire TTC journey, notes on my 3 pregnancies - including that of my stillborn son.) I am beyond disappointed. This is such a complete failure on the part of the app publisher. Unreal. What was the point of paying for a deluxe account?
Changed my phone from Apple to Android and now app is useless as none of my data will sync and the user experience seems really dumbed down. What a shame with five years of data gone. Will be looking for another app. Interesting that all the comments here seem to be similar feedback. Hopefully the designers will relook at the functionality and get us all back the app we love!
The app was great with iPhone, accurate and user-friendly. but when i switched to Android it is not working. I can't set an average for my period, sometimes the data of previous months disappears. I will uninstall it and use another app 🙄
Please make it able to sync and save data. I've used it for many years. But every time I changed a phone,I lost all my data in old phone. It's exhausting. I really want to continue to use it but I need my old data as well! Otherwise I have to change to a different app.
it was great for past 8years on my iPhone. but I buy new Oppo phone and can't transfer the 8yrs work for data over. On Oppo I don't have any of these needed setting options other than Accounts or Appearance. I have an account, but no, my data will not sync over or transfer.
This app was only good on the iPhone. After switching to Android version it's dismal. I can't even add a past date for my period due to a system glitch. For eg today's Sep 4th and it only allows me to enter date from any month 4th onwards even though the actual start date was 1st.
The app is fine if you have one phone that you keep forever, but if you get a new phone and try to log in to your account, the app starts over with a blank slate -like you're using the app for the first time. The data doesnt transfer over to a different device even when you set up an account
installed the paid app on iPhone many years ago. Recently switched to Android phone. No sync. Lost years worth of stats. Very upset. Otherwise, the app is fine. Does what it's supposed to.
You need to update your app, hasn't been updated since 2016. It automatically puts your flow to light even when you put it to medium or heavy. It should also be able to sync when you sign into it on another device.
I've been using this app for years. Today I bought a new phone and discovered that the backup doesn't even work. Years of data lost. And due to the design of the app, it's impossible to add anything prior to 2018.
I love this app! Simple but useful and helpful! Eventhough, there were bad comments, at least I have some program to help me watch my period time. Yes, it's lacking everywhere, but this calendar's accurate.
Doesn't save data. It worked perfect for years for me. Loved it but now since getting a new Android phone all my data is gone and it never saves when I enter in new stuff 😒. Will have to get a new app.
Disappointed Moved from IPhone to android, nearly 10 years of data wasted. Doesn't even have a help function. This App was Last updated on Android in 2016, that probably explains things
Broke my phone and the data did not transfer to the new one! Being able to retrieve data is why is use the app in the first place! Disappointing.
been using this app for a long time. I have years of data saved and synced to my Google account but when I sign in on a new device nothing is saved!
Really hoped it would work. But every time I go to log my progress I notice my previous entry is missing details Pathetic The original was so much better
Everytime you exit the app, the whole thing resets. Your period records get messed up. Deleted.
I been trying to reset my password to access from a new phone and to get my records for more than two weeks now and nobody as now send me an email no even a automated email. Can you please let me know how can I get my records with your app?
I really love this app!! You can control your period in every way!! I truly love it!!
when you change phones you cant get all your info from the info to the new phone as i had stuff in my ipod touch and had got a lg k8 2018 and it wobt let me transer the stuff or anything
It's feb of 2019 and i cant introduce dates before 2019. I switched from iOS and have data frkm the past 5 years. what kind of programmer does this so bad? monkeys?
Really disappointing since switching my phone. it lost loads of data and isn't updating properly. it keeps defaulting the length of period to 7 days, which they weren't. I was so keen to retain my lost data that I re-entered what I could remember from the last few months but it wouldn't save it. If it no longer records current data accurately I will have to uninstall and find one that does as it's the whole point!
