So many issues with this companies website, app, and phone system. I was overseas and could not even load the website, neither was the app able to connect/update/whatever. Thus, I was left with long distance phone calls while waiting on hold for what seemed like a lifetime. Fast forward to today...I cannot pay my bill using a BoA VISA because the mailing address is in a different country...extremely disappointing yet again.
Terrible Custer error service online, and on the phone. I am waiting to hear back on a claim from 3 months ago. Thier apps and online are slow and hang up a lot. Have new insurance. Just need to settle with these money mongers.
Can't login and it says I have no contracts so I couldn't pay online, tried calling many times and customer service is useless. Do your research fellow online people, don't use this company they are scam artists
Trying to pay payment. Says going to take me to another secure site for different form of payment. Then it just go to blank screen, that tiny word "invalid payment". It was annoying. Tried 5 times
This app needs some work. I have tried multiple times to set up a monthly auto pay, and every month I get a letter because payment hasn't been made.
Great wish I knew it existed months ago I've been late paying almost every month because I keep forgetting which computer I have this login saved too. Now that I've got the app I can pay on time every month
It would be helpful to be able to pay. It consistently states payment failure before allowing me to imput card info.
This app supposed to help me pay my bill. This app failed to do so when I was overseas... that was extremely unconvenient.
Horrible do deal with. Around 15% interest rates and $12.50 fees just to process the payment every month.

Literary it being mad to trap you in mistakes can cause you 15 $ late fee and delay in updating info like routing number and checking number & you also need to contact IT department to do better processing the info and regular rep will not help you to ask for managers

All so good,when I'm at the top of a tree I fear nothing knowing I'm I have them under me.
This app has no way to set an automatic payment from my account, so every month I get an email threatening to cancel my insurance and I get a late fee when I pay past due. It has been almost a year and this app has shown absolutely no improvement no way to set automatic payments not even a way to set any notification that your password is going to be due soon! This app is a joke.
