Horrid app. I somehow manage to sign up and tried to pay for the Gold Membership. First time around it didn't work. I had to go on my PC and confirm my email or something like that. Then I was finally able to upgrade to Gold. None of the images are showing, it's just the text next to them. I was able to finally purchase tickets (which by the way I couldn't input the data into the app, had to do save my card as a favorite payment method on PC) the app is very broken with many hangups and crashes.

This app incorrectly does not show movies that I verified are playing at the front desk of two different iPic theaters. It's completely faulty and the staff know it. It's overly frustrating.

Horrible App. Why have an app if you can't purchase tickets through it, and it keeps saying error. Had to purchase through a computer. Which would be very frustrating if I'm out and about and not near one. Also I can't see the menu options. Just get rid of this app and start over from scratch.

Disappointed. The app hasn't updated in months, I was even told by the theater that IT was working on it and due to COVID.... however, nothing has been done, plus I swear IT was working from home. I thought IT folks had a deadline but the crew hired to handle IPIC doesn't seem to have one. Every time I have a transaction, I have to send a message to get credit but even that does not seem to work either. I am starting to regret renewing my membership. The on-site managers do not know either.

Bad. Signed up for and paid almost $50 and then app and wouldn't let me get my John Wick tickets!!!! All kind of error messages on my Android phone, on my Chromebook and my Windows 10 laptop. Tried diffrent credit cards on all 3 devices and it still sucked!!! During my wasted time someone already booked the seats I wanted. I want my $50 back, now!!

this app use to be very convenient and easy to process tickets. now i have problems purchasing the tickets(says error on my cvc number when its correct) and the picture of what movie to select doesnt show anymore and ticket pricing and times are off. save yourself the trouble just go online until they fix the app.

I don't have any major issues with this app. The only thing is that the poster picture for the movies does not come up. I feel that all the money being spent at iPic, they could definitely do an upgrade on this app. Seems outdated.

This might be the worst app I've ever used. I've been trying to view a single movie rime for the past 25 minutes. All it's doing is loading. I've restarted the app, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. All it does is load.

App never works! always crashes. You cant order your food in advanced because it always says error. You cant cancel reservations either because of an error. App always restarts. after they did the recent update it just got 10x worse Fix it

Garbage! I'm trying to buy tickets for the black widow movie on Sunday 7/25 but it keeps giving me error messages and as I try to correct it my time expires and I start from the beginning again and that's aggravating. This is a joke and a waste of time. They need to have a human being on the phone just in case something happens and they don't

If all you want to do is check the movie schedule - great app. If you want to, you know, buy a ticket? Utterly useless. Error messages every single time. Save your phone space, book online.

nothing loads. none of the pictures, none of the details for the movies/dining dishes. seems like a waste of phone space. Just stick to the PC until they fix this app.

The past 2 weeks when I go to sign in it keeps saying wrong password so I select the reset password option. It says they've sent an email with reset link...no email at all after multiple attempts..I thought maybe it was because I wasn't already registered with them so I tried selecting "join now" but after entering my info it says my email and phone number are already on file..🤦🏽‍♀️ Couldn't get any help on the phone either...😠

The app doesn't synch the purchased tickets. It keeps showing nothing in upcoming tab. Not useful

Does not work properly. images and trailers not able to open. unable to add food to reservations. Error comes up when attempting. Currently operation on Samsung Galaxy Note 9

AAUURGH! Cant add credit card. Cause may be...Only has 1 line to enter full address=Payment fail. ALMOST LOST SELECTED SEATS FARTING WITH THIS. Had to purchase from website. Deleting this app NOW.

Your app literally does not work with Android. This app use to work perfectly and now you select your seats and it says time expires everytime. Very disappointing

Prices in the app for the food are NOT accurate. They hardly ever update the prices and the theater does not do refunds for the incorrect price. This seems like a false advertising issue.

can't view member info on app (error message). can't order food on app. got an email with a 5$ off with first food order using app. totally useless if it doesn't work! fix this app!! for such an upscale and pricey movie theater, this app is terrible and not up to the level.

This app doesn't work well on Galaxy S8+. Pictures load and then disappear almost instantly and signing up for membership doesn't work. What's the point? Website is better.

App works great. Only suggesting is for the preorder of food and drinks it should allow you to add everything to your cart instead of having you checkout after each item.

It was easy using it for a while, but somehow the "data" isn't connecting to the home page or the tickets I wanted to buy.

Tried to recover password twice! It's very frustrating that neither code worked and the link given only takes you to the home page for ipic, not a password reset page. uninstalled and go to AMC theatres

I hate this app! The lack of available seat is a joke. They don't explain their different membership levels well at all. It definitely needs to be more user friendly and show the different seating levels not just premium.

What has happened to this app. I've had it for 2 years and never had a problem now it is broken! please fix! I love the iPics Theater!

Absolutely pointless! The only thing it is good for is the seating chart to be able to call the theater to purchase tickets and tell them where you would like to sit.

Came down with some friends after finding out the seats were not available but it was available on the app. Very upsetting!!

i have tried for 3 days to buy tickets using the app. it does not work. I have also tried calling ipic and trying every extension for the past 3 days with no answer and no call back.
