Difficult to connect to Google Home. A total fail in today's smart device market. This app to terrible to use. like someone used an Android tutorial and left it at that. I wish I'd never bought the plug. It literally took 30 mins to figure out how to pair.

absolute garbage. has got to be the worst on the market. it will absolutely not connect, the app litterally has next to zero function and the light randomly shoots back up to 100% at random.

This doesn't pair at all!!! Don't recommend at all. Tried different locations even close to the router so it's junk! I'd be embarrassed of I were the developer.

Easy to use if you know what your doing. While this company is out of business as you can no longer pair this with Alexa or Google the devices themselves still work on your local network through this app and the devices themselves have an exposed API so if your a software engineer like me you can write a wrapper application and get them to work with Google Home and Alexa with a few hours of work. I picked up 20 of these plugs for $3 each when they went under which is a fantastic deal

Not working all of my units not working

It used to work but it seems like their server went down or something because you can't connect to it remotely and it's impossible to use with Google Home.

After finding a comment left on Kickstarter by one of the developers, I was able to get it working. You need to connect to the unit in your WiFi settings on your phone, then open the app and connect your unit to your WiFi. Then go back out and connect your phone back to your normal WiFi settings, then go back to the app to control the unit. It's definitely not as simple as "plug it in and control it" like they try to make it sound. I'm kind of scared though after reading comments about meltdowns.

Works half of the times. Have to switch it 2 or 3 times to turn on the light I've connected. Remote control over the phone network doesn't work.

Can't connect with wifi

I will not ever recommend this wifi plug. too hard to figure out. I have done everything to pair this plug in my network but it keeps on saying I'm successfully joined in my network but it's not connected at all. WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP... I can't return it to amazon because I would have to pay the shipping cost which is almost half of what I paid. The most expensive normal plug ever.

Am able to connect and control with nexus 6 directly to the unit. Once wall unit is connected to my home WiFi can no longer control thru the app. Wall unit shows up in the app but doesn't have any control of function. Big disappointment.

This app just keep freaking out on me and wouldn't even let me do try to sync it to the plug. Just keep reloading the page every time I tried to do anything. I am sending the product back and deleted the app.
