iPostal1

App works good..I've never had any problems with the app..I had a billing problem and it took me quite awhile to get my problem solved after reaching out numerous times to customer service but once someone reached back out to me they helped me and took care of my problem very well. So other than the time it took to get a response from customer service, I am very satisfied with iPostal1.

They don't give you the option to choose your shipping and if they make a.mistake.they take no blame for it.like for example if they make a mistake for a.shipment and you where charge it still be your fault I talk to manager that women should be fire she offer no refund terrible customer service use other app instead.

Awful support. Will not answer phones. Will not return calls. Will not respond to emails. Online chat doesn't even work. This is ridiculous. Now I've been given an invalid box and still charged for it but can't get through to anyone.

Attention : The service dosent follow any logic. After payement 9.99 $ and notorized 25$ . They require 2 IDs which I already provided but they didnt approve my application b/c " I dont have a verified adress" - which is not mentioned in their requirement. @Ipostal why I will ask for an adress if I already have an adress. Waiting for their refund 9.99 $+ 25$

Much of the app is broken, including links and whatever. The basic functionality of scanning in whatever is there but the quality of the app itself is low. I found things like purchasing bundles actually need to go directly to the website as the app didn't work correctly. The service itself seems to be the cheapest of all of them. Support to cover a week to get back to me at least in one case.

Frustrating do not waste your time with this app or the company. I have been trying to contact customer service for a week by phone chat ande email not a single response and now i will have to file a claim with my bank for $49 because they charged my credit card. The mail center employee keep referring me to Ipostal and they don't respond. Mail has been sitting for weeks now and i need it forwarded.

Update Dec 10, 2018: app shows it was updated after a few years, but no apparent visual change. Broken feature with lack of shipping options has not been addressed. Customer service / tech support has been non-responsive for over two months, and will no longer return phone calls except to say it works properly for them. My only option now is to call the local mail facility and verbally go through shipping options and cost. The app is useless, except to allow me to see a picture of the mail package. If there were any other providers in the area, I'd change....... Previous entry from Oct 2018: Ipostal1 has removed all shipping options except USPS letter delivery from the mobile app. Their telephone and email support state that in order to ship packages or anything other than a letter via USPS, customers must access the full website from a computer. Why then offer a phone app? It's nothing more than a waste of storage space.

TWO WEEKS! Paid the $10 to start the service. Then had to pay another $25 to have the required documentations Notarized. I expected to have the service up and running quickly, wrong! The app still says my documentations are needed before I can do anything. Too bad because it could be a good app/service if they hired more help, they don't even bother to answer the phone just send yuh to voice mail ..Don't waste your time and money!!!

They seriously tamper your mail, opened my check, and held it past expiration. A process service they emailed the respondent. It was nasty. If you call, they dont care. Free for all. Voicemail only. Its annoying. Then they say can we discuss. But no. Back n forth templates text only.

DISAPPOINTED I'm trying to cancel my account and there's no options for this on the app or via a browser login. I've gotten charged storage for items that have been picked up and because the store never received the promised training by iPostal1 the clerks don't know what to do either. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT TODAY.

App crashes..feels dated. Customer service is just god awfully incompetent. I plan on switching to a USPS PO box. I'm paying 15 dollars a month with all kinds of limits for several more I can get as many packages or mail I want without limit of course.

Dont give these creeps the opportunity to fraud you. From day 1 I downloaded the app its been 1 ongoing issue in which they won't except my "NO's" like my yes's! It's sad they continue to charge my credit card monthly for a service I don't want use or need! I've spoke to several customer service techs business to plz. refund my $ since po boxes aren't excepted as an address. I'm currently in WA but several months out of the year I reside in home state of CA. Everyone isn't a criminally motivated

I'm with the other reviewers here. i love the service and our local service provider, but the app is garbage and has been getting worse. it's now completely unstable, the scans overlap the buttons. I've mentioned it to them months ago, but no updates. They seem happy to take everyone's monthly fees and invest zero of it into upgrading / updating the app.

I've been using this app for a year-and-a-half. For the first year it was great - no issues. Then there must have been an update. Now I don't get notified when an item arrives in my mailbox. The only way I know I've got mail is I have to open the app and check. I called customer support and they said "Well it should work." They didn't offer anything to solve the problem or show any interest in solving the problem. There was another issue that I solved myself where they were just as disinterested

I cannot login. I have sent emails explaining and get the run around. It was working fine before. Now it says I have no internet connection and I have perfect internet connection. I can login in fine from browser so I know it is the app. The support is horrible.

It has possibilities for greatness. However, using this app effectively requires the business handling the actual pieces of mail to be punctual and accurate. Sadly, in my area, they are not either attribute.

The web login is a million times better than this app. I can't even see "content" of my requested scans. I kept blaming the shipping/receiving facility until I realized it was this app. AND you can't login with email as only username works. POS.

Not a great service to use, definitely going to change. You can't really understand where is your new mail, where is old one. And for each scan you pay 2.25. Don't recommend it.

Trying to use Staples as a place to receive mail was a big mistake. You have to schedule times in order to pickup your mail. You're not always notified of new mail that's been delivered. Sometimes you sign for your mail other times they just hand it to you. iPostal1 was a bad choice for me. So you live and learn.

Love the service. Hate the app. Worse update ever. Cannot log on, will not auto fill, all controls grayed out randomly. Uninstalled and put webpage on my homescreen.

Updated app does not work. Says "no internet connection" when I clearly do. Went from a clunky app to a non functioning one. I'm now shopping for other services this is getting old.

Very extremely buggy and clunky interface it force closes all the time. Sometimes I don't get notified of new mail until I get to pick it up.

Terrible service the day I signed up. And I had a bad feeling about it. My ID was stolen off there site. I just thought well maybe if I just mail in payments or get a prepaid card to make payments it'll be fine I set up a mailbox account uploaded everything in 2 weeks later they still never set up my account on top of having very rude customer service from the Philippines.Anyway,do to not being set up.Had credit challenge letters sent back.Now have to resend so i can get back letters.I Canceled
