IPPB Mobile Banking

Features of the app are good but are unreliable, as it fails to deliver most of the time. If anyone is thinking of using this app for fund transfer, bill payment or other retail payments do keep a backup (other similar apps) to serve your purpose. Even the sweep-in, sweep-out feature (for those with linked POSB A/c) fails which is very disappointing. Don't know if there is any R&D team for this app or not. It is a request to the developers to kindly look into these glitches.

I had my scholarship amount credited to my account which i created through this app . It has been impossible for me to make a transaction to get the amount credited to my bank account , evry time i try to make a transaction , it shows "transaction denied to card holder" . I don't know if its a bug with this app or something else , they are not even ready to mention the actual reason why the transaction has been denied , i was forced to create this ippb account and to receive my scholarship.

This is really fantastic. Account opened in less than 5 minutes. Plus all the basic functions available in the easiest way possible. Very simple and easy to use this app. You can also transfer money to Sukanya Samruddhi and other post accounts from this app.

Posa sweep out and in not working . Also not able to see correct balance . Says it's 0.00 Kindly maintain a stable version for public use. On this apps' overall history it has been regularly updated and has been doing fine (until now)

Just now I opened the app it says to update the app for statement download. I did it and checked the statement, when i tried to download the statement few times it shows try after some time. Lastly it shows download successfully check in your download folder. I checked all the folders and app bits. Statement is not available at any where. Please solve the issue. Why this issue with out proper procedures you are creating

Worst application. No option for Statement downloading. Even after statement download option statement is not downloaded. Always server is slow. Manytimes app not open. Sweep IN/OUT facility working only on bank working days during working hours. Bill payment takes too much time. Bill payment have very few partners. No option for printed Bank acc details to give beneficiary details. UPI not working sometimes.

After update also, this app is very slow. It does not look the postal department is very serious about this app. No one seem review it's working. Responsible team need to give serious attention. The App is always slow. It can be very usefull as it can connect PPF and other services. It will be more usefull if PPF statement can be available through this app.

Not able to login in app. I am not able to login in IPPB app. Getting error message **technical isaue while fetching your detail. Please try again** when try to login. Earliear it is working fine. But getting isaue after change my cell phone.

One of the most useless app on earth. Even though the latest version is installed it doesn't open and shows a message to update the app to the newest version. Total BS.

It forced the update the app. On Playstore, there's no update. It just shows "Open". On opening, the app stopped working. The screen is frozen after entering MPIN.

there is a problem in this app that there is not showing my UPI QR CODE , I tried in both profile and my upi its not showing the qr code . quickly resolve this problem .. and the new look of ippb mobile apk is awesome...♥️♥️

The over all performance of application is so good but many times it shows server unable to connect so please fix this issue and I would like to add more suggestion that please add ticket booking feature for railway and other transportation medium . So i pleads ippb technical team to focus on these problems . Thanking you

We should be proud of ourselves.. very simple secure lightening fast app developed. Seamless transfer.. what else one wants where you don't have MAB to be maintained. Make payment and earn interest on deposits. I am very proud and happy to use.. it's saves me to go to post office to deposit for Sukanya plan. Only charge is for SMS that's 10rs per quarter. Let's promote and support our people

Has worked really well for me until day before yesterday. Couldn't login in to the app. Even after reinstalling, I can't enter details to login. It shows some server error is the problem. Can you please let us know how long this will last? (Working well now, with the new update)

What is this app!! every time it shows same error and says go to home page. Can some one be depend on such type of app for money transactions!! I think Postal department had not paid this app developers. Better postal savings accounts can be linked through any UPI app's as Google pay

One of the worst app I should say considering the app is run purely for the convenience of the public. There are many areas where the concern developers has to work on. Here's a some suggestions from my side 1. Let the app have multiple accounts Just like Google pay because everytime I try to login with another account I've to Uninstalled and then reinstall inorder to login with another account which is time consuming and frustrating. 2. The given customer number is not working.

Toll free number 155299 is not working. I called my registered mobile number it is not working but called another mobile number is working. Customer care told to me, call to register mobile number. I had an UPI payment last week the transaction has timed out due to technical problem but my account has debited. I raised complaint through toll free number it is not working. This is worst app forever, worst customer care service.

There is no new update for the app but still its displaying this "A newer and improved version of the Mobilebanking is available. Please update for better experience" And when i checked on Play Store there is no update available.By this it is not allowing me to open the app and i have an urgent work .What to do now in such situations if the app doesn't work. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Atlast a magnificent update. A catchy interface, adding the feature to pay PLI premium, more user friendly. Lovely! Keep going.

Worst app for paying your bills, all the transactions are done upto otp submitting and then boom it's an invalid transaction. If you can't pay bills from this app then why have you provided an option for the same it's just useless.

Reliable 👍 Till now my online transactions have been successful. No errors. Thank you Postal Department for your service. When transaction is not successful, then the amount will be reversal to our savings account. Happy with this. No issues. One of the best banking services.

This app needs to be developed with accessibility support. There are lots of bugs while working with TalkBack for n visually impaired person. I am very disappointed with this that this government app is not accessible for me.

Everything is good. Require more access elevation and privileges. Minor issues like Posb linking error etc.
