They just added the worst thing on the internet to the login, ReCaptcha. You have to look at pictures in a bunch of squares and figure out which one contains a sliver of crosswalk or part of a motorcycle, etc. And if you missed one, you start all over again. Which bot made this decision? Edit: looks like they made a change so that it only requires you to check the "I am not a robot" box, which is a 1000% improvement. So I'm changing my ratings also.

I am a solo physician that has elected not to use emr. I am forced to Erx controlled substances. This app is a lifesaver. It works wonderfully and has the absolute best tech support system ever for a computer program. I am not,nor do I want to be knowledgable about this kind of thing at my age. This is easy and WORKS! I'm so use to having things that don't work that to have this effortless app on hand is fantastic. I put mine on a cheap tablet then added a bluetooth keyboard for my old fingers.

I'm amazed at how complete and awesome this program is. It's WAY better than expected and they go over the top in features and integration. Once you finish the registration and verification, it's seamless and is actually faster than writing or calling it in. Cust support is super responsive. Happy Happy!

I initially gave them a 1-star review and it did take about week for them to get back to me but they'll eventually did fix the issue and I'm very grateful. The process to sign up is pretty quick (once that issue is fixed) and the user interface is easy-to-use.

Will not work for people with existing id.me accounts. Also did not work with my existing doximity account. Id.me authenticator is needed to set up iPrescribe account. Id.me Authenticator app works fine and confirms iPrescribe request, opens, launches, verifies, but Iprescribe just hangs and never progresses. Result is I can't complete the sign up process. Both apps are the most recent available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still just hangs and doesn't let me complete the sign up.

Customer service is bad. Took 2attamots to receive the code for signing up. As for the app, cannot add multiple meds on one page and have to add, pend, add pend, repeat. Also says offline while the device is fully connected to the internet.

This is just horrible. It simply does not work. You state that the problem with the app not working for people with an existing ID.me account has been fixed....this not true. All I get is a blank screen when I am directed to ID.me.....over and over. Ridiculous.

I just signed up and the app unfortunately crashes every time I try to open it, so I'm concerned about being able to rely on using this in my practice even after they fix this. I've tried using a different phone (but same model, Pixel, and version of Android, 10) and it still crashes. Edit: Crossing my fingers that they get it back up and running soon so I can actually try the program and write a real review!

The customer service team is very responsive. There is a learning curve and the setup is sometimes not streamlines bit the app works great and I like being able to document on each script. It is like a mini chart I can import into my EMR. I am still confused on why I can not use the PDMP. I have done the linking and everything I was told to do. It has been over a year. Beyond that it is a great program.

PLEASE tell me that you are working on the update bugs! I can't send multiple scripts unless I back out of the patient and use the "Pending" screen. Approving under the "Renewals" screen SEEMS to send the scripts, but they don't disappear. My password somehow didn't work yesterday and after 3 tries, I was locked out. Fortunately, closing the app and reopening it worked. I really do know how hard it is to develop new software, and I bow down to your ability to do it. But please try to fix it!

The initial experience was great. However, ever since the app was updated this year it doesn't work right. I can't renew Rx's directly from the Renewals queue, so it takes several steps. If I renew from the patient's file I have to open up the Pending queue to complete it. I have spoke with three different people in tech support without success. Very frustrating. The desktop version works fine.

I've been using this app since 2019 and what a wonderful game-changer it has been. But, the new update has a number of issues that make the app less user-friendly (why I'm only giving 4 stars). Previously, I could renew multiple rx's for a patient by putting them all into a pending list and then selecting, "Sign all." Now I have to go to a separate menu option in order to sign and send them. Also, when pulling the prescription record for a patient, must take extra steps to get detailed info.

Looked good in the beginning. Been waiting 10 weeks to get an account set up. Thought it was because of the holidays but seems to be no communication between departments and the runaround. Apparently soon there will be a fee to use this, and if I pay the fee today, $240, Sales Team can get the account opened. Not sure about this service. I haven't been able to use the app because of some setup problem on their side. It's been a lot of work just trying to get set up to use the app.

I am updating again (see below)... Let's call this what it is: It's NOT a MESS. IT'S DANGEROUS! "Favorite Rx's" will KEEP CUSTOM DIRECTIONS FOR OTHER PTS In the directions for your patient. Forgive me, but I am SO DONE with all this frustration. I'd almost rather start over again in bench chemistry! Older review: VIP tokens are tied to the hardware itself, meaning any computer upgrades and it's all over. Please: Will somebody just give me back my script pad??? :)

It is Free! Others want to charge a stupid monthly fee. It is so convenient and I can prescribe narcotics. The registration process is a little cumbersome because they have to verify state license and DEA. But when you are registered, prescribing medications is easy.

Beyond frustrated with this app! We're a surgery practice, so we overwhelmingly prescribe schedule 2 medications. My issue is that the app is incapable of finding pharmacies about 90% of the time. This renders the app unusable and it's my ONLY option, since I can't call or hand write scripts. Period. No problem with this before the update. I'd like to go back to the past, here...worked incredibly well then.

The interface between iprescribe and IDme fails on my phone at the step where my identity is verified. It says it's verified and returning me to iprescribe, but that step hangs. I have a Samsung s10 lite. I am waiting for technical support assistance. At this point, i spoke with tech support 10/13, the error was reproduced and they are working to fix it on their end. Fingers crossed.

Update: removed another star due to multiple attempts to have the glitches fixed and really nothing has changed. Still need to repeat multiple steps for prescriptions to be sent and their responses haven't been helpful as evidenced by it is still the exact same problems. Overall user friendly, can send with phone and fob only - no computer needed. Loss of 2 stars because it's glitchy and really no support on how to fix it on your end and no solutions offered when you report them.

I have 12 prescriptions that won't approve or renew because of an internal server error that DrFirst has been "working on" for 3 months without resolution. Pharmacist blames the provider. When it works, it's great, but it's totally unreliable.

Why didn't I read the reviews before downloading and putting my information. This app will not go further the last step for sign up, it keeps reloading...arghh, i better just go with another company and pay, I haven't started really using it and it's so frustrating already, I can't imagine what others are going through....
