Best overall app ive found on Play Store. It was designed to be as helpful to those using the app as possible. Life changing tools that are easy to get some understanding in the 30-40 minutes a day, or maybe 2 weeks. And it's important enough to the developers that somehow they manage to pay between 60-90 dollars to anyone that puts a little effort to finish the lessons. Amazon gift cards are incentive even for those not needing of CBT . Appreciat the people involved, and blessed they care so
If you need/want real therapy/counseling you need to seek professional help. Sadly, that help can be costly, which is why some of us look for alternative methods. So far I am not enjoying iPrevail. The peers/coaches are not professionals, they are regular people, though some may have a bit of experience or schooling. I think it is a bit misleading to make this app/site sound like it is counseling, as it really is not. There are cognitive exercises and you can chat with others, but again they are not necessarily true counselors or real mental health professionals. I was paired up with a coach who has zero life experience and can barely type cohesive sentences. This person seems to be college aged, just starting some psychology courses- how can I feel confident seeking help from a person with no credentials, someone that I surpass in experience and age? You get what you pay for though- $9.99 per month LOL.
Havent even been able to get in and start a subscription!! Ive had to make 3 accounts already because it keeps telling me my password is wrong (when i know it isnt) and when i click forgot password it says it sends me an email but it doesnt (i even checked my spam) its really too bad this app doesnt work :( hopefully its fixed as it is affordable.
Never could work with a peer coach. Times were during my work schedule, but when I'd try to make it work on lunch breaks, no one showed up. Would constantly make me sign in an amount that was crazy obnoxious and inconvenient. Now it won't even let me open the app to cancel.
Installed the app, paid for a full account and then afterwards the system wouldnt let me complete my initial assessment to even be matched with anyone or have any goals. I messaged them right away about this...its been almost a full month now and they still have not contacted me or fixed the issue.
Its supposed to help, but honestly since I paid for the subscription all its done is crash whenever I try to load it. I can't even cancel it because the app won't start, what a scam
maybe it would work for others, and it really did help me, that is until i met one peer that flagged me as innapropriate for no reason, and now i cant talk to anyone which literally made me more depressed than when i started. maybe making a system to check if the peer is flagging for a good reason instead of just shutting us out would make me like this better... this is me giving up and signing off, i'd rather deal with my depression alone if i have to jump through hoops to talk to someone
SCAM the app charged my card them immediately locked the account. When i tried to log in, it said my password was wrong and when i tried to reset it, I never got an email. The number and email here aren't real and lead no where. Don't waste your time. Google should take this app down
THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They refuse to stop charging my credit card. I called their support, no answer. I troed to close my account, the page 404'ed. Then i called my credit card company and issued a "Stop Pay" request. The next month they charged AGAIN under a different merchant number! Do not give these people any of your personal information. They are lying scammers who don't even provide good depression or anxiety therapy.
I thought access to psychologists, or college taught counselors, it's not. It's other members that gave gone through their own program. There aren't people really on, posts you post are rarely responded to, an other posts are from years ago. The program was ok, you could find stuff similar free on Facebook. Third will cost you 10 bucks a month to talk to other members.
The peer coaches are great, and I really love the programs this app has to offer. Online therapy at its finest and at a very cheap cost
It sounded good that it was free to chat. But when you went to chat with your coach you then had to sign up to go any further. What a let down. Just be open and up front from the start. Waste of time.
couldn't log in with account i made on computer, when i tried creating a new account said my password needed 8 characters, upper case, lower case, and a number ( Abcdef1234! ) didn't work.
This app is terrible. Something is wrong with the app. I have no activities and i have contacted them and have heard nothing back... its 9.99 a month.
SCAM ALERT! BEWARE! The app and this website is a total ripoff! I was charged twice for a website that never worked. I contacted customer service over 5 times. No one ever got back to me! The customer service number is a google number. This is a SCAM! Do not subscribe.
Wont even open up. It just crashes. Pretty bun considering I signed up on my computer already and wanted the convenience of this on the go.
Could never get in contact with any peer coach, even my own. The community was unhelpful and unresponsive. This was a waste of $10 in my honest opinion.
The app definitely adds to the learning experience and is easy to navigate.
Can't subscribe, it won't let me put in my zip code (U.K. Post code) How am I supposed to make use of this app. as a U.K citizan ? Some one HELP ME PLEASE ...Try to set up an account , as I have and then as part of that try putting in your zip code- U.K Post Code. VERY FRUSTRATING.... SOME ONE TRY SETTING UP THIS APP, you will see what I mean It's useless to British people !!!
I paid for the monthly fee to be able to talk to a therapist, but every time I went on there was no one available. I emailed to get help, but they never responded.
this app is not helpful when leaving messages when chatting. ad soon as you post your comments the whole app closes out!! very frustrating!!!
Its pretty informative regarding ptsd. the task are cool & i have an update regarding giftcards .well i finally did recieve on of the codes 10.00. Its. A awsome program & its for real
The issues with videos stopping or freezing needs to be fixed.

Crashes when you press "I have an account".
The app doesn't work well at all and the flow is horrible. When i watched one of my program interactive videos it was so small and hard to click on the options. It's sad bc the website works great and it'd be nice if the app would be better put together. It also kept logging me out and giving me errors. Will update review if things are fixed.
