WHY A CRAPPY UPDATE? used it for years now its junk. Cant even put the tax rate in, the buttons just wont do anything. Using for 2 businesses, one collects tax the other doesn't but when switching accounts tax rate is on both accounts or it's not on both, cant collect on one account and not collect on the other account. You had a good app now it doesn't work right after update. Should have left a good thing alone
When I see the card sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have to enter manually and customers get upset and impatient. If this app wants to continue to have my business, they need to be able to help me with mine...
The app worked better and was much more user friendly before the update. The digital receipt used to have my company name on it and let me leave a message for the customer as well but that's no longer there either.
I've lost several sales this week because of an update or something with the app where it no longer works on any Apple device. Been waiting for a week for an update to fix the problem.
Really terrible UI, even worse after the recent update. It WILL cause you to miss out on tips as people simply don't see the tiny button for it
Fresh look. Intuitive functionality. Excellent support staff. The service fees are lower than previous vendor!
App is horrible! Doesn't easily pair with card reader. IMPOSSIBLE to manually key in transaction. Total waste of time!
Used to work just fine. Please fix. Can't get through one transaction without it crashing. I cant use this as it currently is, and I'm a delivery driver, I need this please help.
Have not been able to download the app I am not using a card slider and after I log in and go through 3 steps it automatically kicks me out not sure what is going on

Completely dislike the new update. Had multiple issues with cc company but has been resolved.

Can not get the servi
Horrible. Doesn't even let me swipe cards, just enter in manually. Had to then pay a etf to get out of my contact with Merchant One. Do not make my mistake. Pick another app and credit card processing company!
Last update made card reader stop working. The app recognizes that a card reader is connected but when a card is swiped the information isn't input to the app

A tip percentage would make it easier for passenger's to add the correct tip amount. Plus ability to process and hold the transaction when no signal available would make this a more competitive app. Needs to have the ability to send receipts automatically as well.
Not a great app, no assistance available and the company associated, merchant one, is difficult to work with, has ridiculous restrictions and very rude and poor customer service. Find another way.
So, I am running with a Galaxy S8 plus, and the app accepts credit cards fine, but in the summary, it shows up as $0, and I can only pick the start date, not the end date. It is frustrating for my boss because I have to screenshot individual sales, instead of just the report for the day. If this could be dealt with I'd give this 5 stars. Other than that, the app accepts credit cards just fine under just about any circumstance.
