Went into infinite loop saying upgrade available. When I opened the app it says update now and everything else is disabled. When I click update now, it just goes to play store and opens the app again! So the cycle just repeats!! Now can't access the app. Such a silly and severe bug is not expected from an professional product who charges money from customers to provide services. Unacceptable.
I am unable to update the software while it is giving me notification to update. I am able to see only 'open' or 'uninstall'. There is no update options. But every time if i open this app, it is showing popup message " Improved functionalities and update" but unable to update. Why it is behaving like this?
Not at all understanding purpose of this app. Only monopoly on groud of opening of the folio. But it will more easy from website. Not at all user friendly.How muchtime it take to update.More than 24hrs but till it is not reflecting in folio.ICICI MF plz change this system.. It is not even single star worths....
I would like to edit my earlier review - "Excellent Experience. Seamless and Lucid." Now it's very slow and unable to fetch data. It's very slow.
Need to change the user interface so that every option should easily accessible. Now it's inside of some other options which is very hard to find.
When trying to update, the download is going into never ending loop and hence not able to download the update and not able to check the status of my funds.
Good application. Lot of improvement features added. Only required is some handy UI. Required bit more time to search required navigation. Need one finger operation
App's loading speed is slow & it doesn't provide that much smooth & user friendly facilities which few other applications do.
The app is really easy to use but i have two issues with it - 1. It works really slow almost 80 percent of the time. 2. I am not able to find the scheme details on my dashboard. So whenever i want to read about a scheme i have to logout and visit the knowledge centre section. I hope they provide knowledge centre option in the dashboard too.
Not able to login. Previously i was after updating the app.. I have register myself but throwing an error.. Pls try after some times.
Simply waste of time. I got my folio number but not able to login or register via both app or website. Planning to close the MF n open via other AMC.
I think there is some issue in this app, it's says update available and when we say update now, it's again asking to open and we open it's again and again saying updates available. What's happening? I am not able to enter into the app
After new update, I am not able to check my portfolio. If I click on my portfolio icon it says session expired pls login again. Not able to check on app but on website I can see. Pls resolve this issue.
New patch update has blocker issue,.. not able to connect back to the app.. keeps on coming update available even though updates installed 1st April 2022.. something wrong
This app does not support weekly SIP even though the fund house itself supports it. I don't know why a half baked app is out on play Store for a financial application. Plus too many layers of navigation.
Not open every time when we try to open it shows Update Now and when we try to update on play store it shows open this process repeat again and again.
App is not working. When trying to register this error pops up - ' something seems to have gone wrong, please try again'.
The app is easy to use and very intuitive. Just a suggestion, provide clear information on expense ratio to the user while investment. Provide information on exit load while redemption. Also, disclose portfolio details of each mutual fund. With details, I mean the name of the stocks which the mutual fund has invested in Transparency in money matters is valued by customers.
This app is not working properly since last few weeks. Earlier it was fine. Now when you open the app the homepage freezes and no other icons get displayed as it used to be. Hence we cannot login and access our account. Kindly fix this ASAP. Still as on 29/6/21, it is not working. Please look into this matter seriously. Being a reputed company, your app is down from last 3 months and you are not taking any action for improvement. 15/12/21 Still not working since last one year.
Needed lots of improvement. I am trying to complete my onboarding through the ipru touch app and for the verification of OTP it asks as per my kyc records.. So there is both options mobile and email... If I click on get OTP on email too... It sends on my mobile... Which is very irritating. Kindly solve this issue
Whenever I request for a statement on the app and that is sent to my regd email id as a password protected document attachment, I am never able to open the attachment even when I enter correct password. All my personal data, DoB, PAN and Folio No is registered with ICICI AMC. This happens every time.
Asking update on regular basis and we can't open the app without updating. Keeps on spinning. Headache application. Worst application which not even opening. What the hell is going on with this app. Few months back it gets loaded now it's not opening. Please release the previous version this not even working.
Immediately after I login, I go to My Portfolio amd the app logs me out automatically. It is so frustrating. I have tried to reinstall the app, clear my cache and what not. But nothing has worked. Please fix the app.
Very good appl. Nice appl for MF transactions. Very good and smooth operation of the appl. Very friendly Application.

Your app doesn't work , while we are on call .it used to open while we are on call but since few days I would say since last month if we are on call your app doesn't open . Fixed it this bug. In response to your suggestion it doesn't work on call.pleas fix this bug.
App is not working.. Maybe it's updated. Seems the background is darker than before. So it seems updated. But that's not the point. i couldn't use the app. Can't click anything on the page..
