Downloaded the app and installed it , logged on using the userid that I had been given, was shown an almost blank screen with a message saying ' no activities available. Pull down to refresh '. No way of completing the required diary entries.
They are a complete con, you complete everything that they ask of you but won't fulfil their end of the deal. I was ment to get a voucher for completing the survey but now I have completed it they won't respond to my messages. A complete joke
Very pleasantly surprised , works fine for me . Feared the worst after reading other reviews but so far all good . Ipsos are great to deal with answering questions quickly and courteously.
The app was a waste of space, redirecting to browsers to be told after too many questions that you didn't qualify or just error! Ditched!
Good easy to use and read app. Has a simple layout and the simple information which is easy to understand Can also send ur device reminder notifications to remind u to do u task before the end of the day 1st time user on it good for what little project I have done on it.
Just finished a study on the app doesn't tell you how you receive compensation or anything but I will leave these five stars until I know better it was very fun and simple thanks for having the app available
Ipsos has the worst app...they fool people... Stellar survey app is one of them..they ask for clients opinion against which they provide rewards..but after completing survey..nobody is taking the responsibility for rewards and fooling up people..after so many calls and messages and queries still no one taking charge.. pathetic
Done a study that was for 10 days was supposed to be rewarded with a shopping voucher but not received it.

Ipsos itself is a great site for surveys, the regular iSay app is good for surveys too. I've had the mediaCell+ app for ages and works great, very rarely disconnects and uses little battery. The WeLoveMedia app however has just cut me off completely with no warning and been told after using it for a month (with just days left til finishing for a payout) that I'm being removed through lack of data. It's sucked a load of mobile data and battery from my phone and kept interfering with my bluetooth as well. I replied to ipsos saying this isn't fair and all I got was a reply saying I've been removed, end of.
No idea how payment is made. No way to contact you - that I can see. I'm due a £15 payment at some point in July, and I've no idea how I'll recieve this payment, or when in July I'll recieve it. If somebody could provide me with an email addressing the, or a phone number do I could speak with somebody in the know - I would be grateful. Thanks.

Not able to sign up, there is no option for it.
This app works great, have completed a few extra activities through it. Only problem is getting payment for all your hard work. I've been chasing for weeks and getting nowhere. See response from Upside below. Bit of a joke, have emailed support 7 weeks ago, and get told "will be paid by the end of next week". Every 2 weeks when I chase up, I get the same response. Am still waiting for payment on a task that finished early September.
The app itself is fine, a bit outdated, but doesn't pay. I've participated in home fragrance diary that took place in the beginning of February. I did enjoy the process and I liked the idea that my opinion, possibly, is gonna be a part of the future product. But I still haven't receive promised reward or even some communication from the company. It's a small amount, but the point is that the company doesn't keep it's promise. I've been invited to participate in another study, conducted by this app, but I declined. I've emailed twice to the address stated in company's reply to the previous reviews. But nobody replied. I did provide ID that was given to me upon the registration and the name of the study. Still no reply. UPDATE I did receive my promised reward, after 6 weeks since the participation. My recommendation is to improve communication with participants.
I've had a pain relievers survey in the app for weeks now and have entered details as requested yet it seems that there is no rewards from doing it..5 tines i gave details and it Always uploads answers then nothing. No points change, no link advising his much was earned... This is not s good app, don't waste your time answering questions when the promised reward never happens. Worst survey app ever, because it takes your opinion etc and gives nothing in return
Never paid me for my work. I contacted them as they told me below, but it only goes no where. Pretty sure I was conned.
I downloaded the app, as instructed, tried to login 5000 times, tried to get a new password, received a new password. Still doesn't work.
