Ipsos Mystery Shopping

I completed two jobs for this company ishopforipsos, and was not compensated for any of it. My gas money, 5 dollars to pay for the print out documents, and the instore gas purchases. I submitted my receipts and was not compensated. I completed two gas shops evaluations took about 20 mins each to complete, took all the pictures and submitted the form online. They sent me a message , stating I was missing one of the pictures. I was asked to resumbit the entire form, which was quite long.

Having recently used Presto, which is loaded with kinks and inefficiencies, I love this app even more. It's so much easier to use. It works even with poor reception, I can turn off the automatic synchronisation to save time. Pictures upload in the background without making you wait to get to the next question. If I shut it down and come back everything has been saved. A real time-saver.

So many things need to be fixed. There are no shops available near me or even in a big city. Some of the certifications fail you no matter if you get their answers righr. (I followed the guides and answered them accordingly. I always ended up with 86% even if I changed some answers. So I know its not right) this app has a lot of improving needing to be done.

Overall rarely has issues. Main issues are: certifications are missing pictures relevant to test, failed the usps one and now cannot participate due to this. Hard to guess when images arent present. Tried this on mulitple devices. 2nd point of concern is not always when your application is accepted for said shop, you will get assigned it. This doesn't happen often though. 3rd and last point, the amount of "shops" available to do are not updated enough. UPDATE: Certifications work on computer.

This app is awful. You will be frustrated if you try to use it on a regular basis. I've been trying for 2 months. It's a joke. Can't get anywhere with it.

This app never loaded, and I do not have the time or patience to keep uninstalling and installing it back. If you're going to represent an app, make sure the engineer team has all the kinks worked out before representing it through Google Play. It kind of makes Google customers think that it's the Play Stores fault, when in fact, it the developer's mess up.

I enjoy using this app most of the time. I had an incident within the last 60 days where the app said I needed to complete the test to qualify. I'd taken and passed the Regular Box Shop Test but the app had no record of it. When I opened up the questionnaire, it began with the answers to question 3. Because the qualification requires 100% correct answers it was impossible for me to pass if I couldn't access questions 1, 2, and 3.

The app makes submitting surveys easy. Less photo processing time. They're right there on the device and you just attach them. My only gripe is that the start date should be shown on the inbox listing.

It doesn't has any option to update my bank account details.. I have been getting emails to get the bank details updated to get pending payments processed and I have replied them to guide for an option to update.. But there is no response from them.

I did not do contract with a PSOS often until they obtained GFK and MaritzCX. Those were the main companies that I worked with. MaritzCX has my favorite platform. I do a lot of route work and MaritzCX has the easiest map to use to find jobs along the route that I am working. The Sassie platform that GFK uses is my second or third favorite platform. I just hope that they are not switched to Shopmetrics as it is one of the harder platforms to use when doing long-distance route shopping..

I am unable to add my profile in this app, it keeps saying the username and password is incorrect even though I used the correct username and password, it still doesnt allow me to attach my profile, I already updated the app, its still the same error

the website is okay but on the App when i click on open opportunities the map shows Washington, i live in UK. there is no way to change and no contact section for help. i will change my feedback if i get some help please. thanks

What a waste. This is the most unfriendly App I have encountered. Clearly there was no UX/UI testing involved in creating this. No clear instructions on signing up.

I love love love being able to complete my shops inside the store or shortly after I leave. The app was easy to use once I got used to it. Wish more companies would use this way to submit shops.

It seems like the same issue has been occured since 2019, here I am 2021having the same problem with other users (unable to login) what are your plan in regards to this, it's been 2 years already. Just remove this app for good

Finally working great! Used to have to turn my phone on and off to get shops to submit but now it works beautifully. Because of the app, most of my shops are submitted within 30 minutes of completing them. Thanks!

The app seemed unresponsive as I never got any responses about the tasks I applied for. Also a lot of things are really confusing. Its not really a user friendly app

seems like bogus, temp password doesn't work with both apps and site. Now, can't remove/cancel my name from their registration database as per instruction on email. Beware of this like another phishing scheme

I enjoy the mystery shop opportunities however the app could use some work as it often glitches. Also, there should be a copy and paste function.

I enjoy entering surveys in app. However,, when I open the app to search for open opportunities it takes me to the map, but doesn't show anything at all.

Have downloaded the app, but unfortunately it doesn't work at all and is totally blank even though I have a profile. I have a Samsung s7. I have to do everything on the computer.

Idk if other people have had this issue but I have a paystub for almost 400$ in jobs and didn't get paid today as I was supposed to, I've been working with other sites for 2 years but this is only my 4th week completing jobs for ipsos, first 3 weeks were smaller amounts but paid timely and as expected so I do a big week of jobs and now no pay 😡😡😡😡 3 days later they still haven't paid, don't respond to any emails and don't volunteer any info either.

I love the job, the app works great. Except when it wants to sync, then it takes a while!
