The app is good but I think it can be improved. I hope you can remove the %profit on the chart and make the tick/dot on the chart when we put the trade be smaller so we can see the chart clearly. We can see the running P/L already on the upper portion of the chart so no need to show it on the chart. It's annoying when it's covering the whole candle.
Overall this is a great app. It is easy to use, has an intuitive UI and is great for novice investors who want to dabble in stocks and learn at the same time. Sure, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that a day trader needs, but all those bells and whistles will be great for most users. Start here, if you really like it, upgrade to a higher priced platform with exotic capabilities. A few small changes would greatly improve my UX: 1) Improve search behavior (not results). More and more apps are doing this great job with the search feature these days. If you tap the magnifying glass several times in a row, it will delete the old results and bring up the keyboard to start typing. While researching, I searched a lot of stocks back and forth and now I have to click on the little X at the top of the screen to delete my old results before looking for the next stock. The IMDb app has had this feature for a few years now and it's great (Spotify does too). You search for something, go to the results, then quickly tap the magnifying glass 3 or 4 times to search again and your previous search text will be deleted, the keyboard appears and you can search again in a split second. are rea
Love shopping the no-cost fractional stock. Definitely a game changer for the ease and affordability of buying stocks and cryptocurrencies. Can you add a filter for the stocks I own? I want to be able to rearrange my shares based on percentage change, equity, total return, etc. I have to move it manually this time. It would also be great to be able to have the option to reset my crypto holdings. love the app!!
First of all I like this app everything is easy and very straight forward. I don't know if the app has this or not, having played around with it, is there any way you can see the total amount you put in a stock? Does not include equity or negative equity. The total amount I invested should have been 2 digits but it was with my loss and profit. I want to see the amount invested without it. I have to go over my deals and see what I bought and add it up like that. Does it exist or am I just not looking for it?
Great app, always when needed, I can create a portfolio with all the stocks I own and manage them in the app. Plus the news is always up to date, I don't really need to sign into my brokerage account unless I want to close or open more positions. I
I really loved this app, now hatred with passion. I do refer my friends to this platform,that it's the best trading platform. Depositing into the platform is so fast. The main challenges and the unsolved problem of this platform is delayed initiated withdrawal which could take decades to be credited into the main account. If the supporting system is contacted, they gonna say you got to upload your card which was used to deposit into the account, by signing the back also. This very ridiculous!
Love this app a lot. But recently when I'm scrolling the screen randomly jumps down 10 or more lines and sometimes the stock prices are not up to date and then the prices keep rising until finally the current Price is not reflected.
My only concern with this app is that it is almost easy to borrow money aka being negative it is difficult to add money to the account and the customer service is amazing and fast before covid now late summer covid very slow Sounds like but still an app and great place to study and enjoy covid free time :))
This app is money laundering mark my words. You lose 9 out of 10 of your trades no matter how long you practice for. Lost all money I invested and never again will trade with this app. When practicing trades your get it right 7 or 8 times out of 10 but when you do the real thing you lose everything.
I'm a beginner in trading still using a practice account, I just wish the practice account balance could be adjustable to resemble what I can actually afford to invest. Overall the platform is great and I would recommend it
Really unsatisfied.🤐 I've withdrawn my earnings once and then I'm trading with my remaining balance but I lost. But after that I've deposited some money and when I opened the app next morning it shows a msg that my account is temporarily unavailable for trading. And now it's 4th day. Also I can't withdraw that money because the commission is very high 74₹x commission for 600₹. Support System also not replying properly. I trusted this platform more than any other but you just scammed me😶
A reliable app. And very true to their customers. I'd get the money that I didn't thought would be possible. I mistakenly input a wrong bank account and said the issue to the support team and they responded they just need some documents but they surely get your money back to you.
I don't know what to say. To open the app is taking a long time. Maybe 1 minute or so until it successfully load. Even try to use game booster, still no luck. Reopen the app? Good luck with that. I send them complain, nothing change. Phone model : Pocophone X3
Its saaaaad, become vip...manager keep trying to call, so irritating...and when you gt good profit...suddenly all strategies stop working in all trades in all times, when change password, so hard to log on for the first time, seem they re trying to break your password, and its smooth at the second and etc with the same password...stop loosing your money and time, they are really playing on your money. Its good platform though

I love IQ option for uniqueness and easy to use interface. But lately the app takes to long to load, charts fall behind when switching between trading assets. The deposit option is also not functional, I have tried depositing funds 3 time with no success and this was not always the case. I am losing confidence please resolve this. If I do manage to deposit by any chance, will I be able to withdraw with all these glitches?
Its really cool to see the stock, organization but you can't say more trade on it. I would use it more for small to medium businesses. Really use the broker for the long term.
Excellent interface. Easy option/trade puts. Crypto is easy. The gold version is economical and worthwhile.
There has been no problem in any of the transactions done. Easy to navigate I wish more altcoins could be bought through the app. Maybe it's in the works?

You really can't complain when it comes to stock apps that allow you to trade for free. It is one of the first platforms to do this! I've always wanted to trade and IQ Option made it possible!

always wanted to invest but was confused. IQ Option was recommended by a friend and I enjoy exploring more opportunities each week.
They don't give withdrawal in time, they said that withdrawal will receive 1-3 days,but then they says company reserves the rights to increase withdrawal time and cancel withdrawal, i don't know they will give my money or not, it's now 16days. And now they're saying your withdrawal is being reviewed, it has no time frame. I am needing urgent money 😥😥, but they are not giving. Please don't trade in this app, they are scammers.
I think the app can definitely improve. It is missing some really great trading options such as NASDAQ and other trades. It needs more user friendly tools to choose from. It needs work on the glitches. I do like the app though. But the withdrawal time when you want to withdraw your funds are too long. Other competitive apps have immediate withdrawal. They can definitely improve that. But the app is very easy to use. I like most of the functionality. Just need to get a much faster user interface
