I have never been able to open the app since I installed it. I have multiple co-workers that can't access the app either. It drains my battery due to it always crashing and trying to fix it's self. Honestly you're better off using your computer. It always fails when opening. Do NOT download! Just go to the website online on a computer.
The app only opens if i open from playstore, if i touch the icon on my home screen it will not work. Also doesnt work through the notifications. When i open from the playstore its just a very very basic app. Not worth the download, just use your mobile browser and go to the website.
Have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to enter the app on an Android device. Also, there no option to change password when it expires so I am stuck until I get computer access. Needs a lot of work this one.
App keeps crashing. Everytime I use it once it crashes. Then I have to uninstall it, then reinstall it to use it again. Then repeat the process over and over again. So dumb. These people who developed this app should fix it... so annoying. FIX IT!
App has not been updated by the developers since 2013. It doesn't open on android unless you go in to the play store and open it from there. For an app controlling people's paychecks, this is completely unacceptable. App either needs a good solid update regularly, or companies using this need to find a different service.
Worked fine the first day, second day I cant even open the app as it just errors and closes automatically. *** A month later and I still have to uninstall it after submitting hours once and reinstall it otherwise it just crashes.
Accidently put hours in for a day I did not work. I saved it, but had not submitted the timecard. When I went back to delete the hours, the app wouldn't let me! There is no way to completely erase the hours. What a useless app.
The app will not launch from the icon. I can open it from the play store and sign-up, it works fine from there. The icon on the phone is worthless.
I have to uninstall the program and redownload the app to my phone after I close the app. So I update my timecard, save my time, close the app and boom it'll never open back up again until i repeat the process.. this is extraordinarily some lame S###
Only able to use this app once. It worked once to create a login but then it immediately stopped working. Keeps crashing everytime I try to open it. Uninstalled.
This app keeps crashing. I can't open it from the icon on my phone. I have to keep uninstalling and installing over again. Very fustrating. 😡
This app hasn't been updated since 2013....it's a good thing nothing in the world has changed within that time period - this is 2 years before the first "smart watch".
When i installed it worked fine, then every time i open it after that it force closes wont respond. So i had to uninstall it and install it again. worked lne tome then the same thibg happened. So in order for me to use it, i have to uninstall it then reinstall it, just to use it once. if i didnt have to use it for work, i woukd NEVER use it.
I had to delete and reinstall the app every single time I needed to click my hours. It would open the first time after install, but would always force quit every time after that.
At first the app is working fine then after few months all of a sudden I cannot open it and need to go to Playstore for me to log in. I uninstall and reinstall it but nothing changes
Keeps giving error, unable to access server. Also app is unstable on Android 11 and system gives warning that it's for older android version
Horrible App!!!!!!! This app is junk. It takes me on average 8 trys to get it to open. I am back to using a computer to do what tjis app is supposed to be able to do. Don't install this.
edited review because it turns out password length is the issue. still not 5 stars because i should be able to use a secure password but at least i can access and submit my timecards on the go.
Doesn't function properly. Doesn't open. Needs to be opened from the Google Play app. At times, it won't let you log in.
It keeps rejecting my credentials, I change password and it says does not match again and again. I have to turn in time card and I can't.
the app doesn't open unless I open it though the Google play store. it crashes frequently. this application makes it harder to click hours
App constantly will not open. Ultimately end up having to go online as the App NEVER works no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall.
app works fine when you open first time later on app crashes alot because of it you are not able to submit the timecard. app is not running with latest java code.
Once you enter your time and close out the app the app will not open again you have to uninstall and reinstall. This application definitely needs Improvement.
It works for one log in. Every time I need to log in it wont open. I have to delete the app and reinstall. I just use the web browser now.
The app does not work it has to be installed then add time, but when you try to add time again it will not open. I have to uninstall then install it again.
Only had it for a day or two. App refuses to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled; let's see if it'll work this time around.
I previously used this app on iOS and never had any problems with it on that platform but for some reason the Android version of the app is buggy. The app NEVER launches properly on the first attempt without crashing. I constantly have to force close the app and then try again before it will actually work. Also, the iOS version has useful navigation menus at the bottom whereas the Android version has none. Its almost as if the developer doesn't want you to use the Android version at all.
