Dear developers, Kudos to the team that developed IRCTC Air which is a very convenient app with decent rates but i have been observing very frequent glitches while using the app. App very often gets stuck and then closes automatically. I'd like to draw your attention to this issue. Thank you.

The app keeps closing down on its own and shows internal server problem every minute. The app shuts down even when I was writing the feedback. I cannot book the tickets which is frustrating especially when its on urgent basis

Tried booking tkts to Hyderabad, but can't proceed after initial search. Have to book through Balmer Laurie. Using IRCTC app to book rail tkts, but didn't face problems as in this app. App managers please resolve the issues and make user friendly.

Most of the time, ticket is not booked after payments. Then keep calling support for help, which is also not of much help.

Slow pace people's app. When you want to cancel or reschedule flight. You can't do over call, customer care guys say to mail. Mail will get responded after 6-8 hours. That to with horrible English. They send additional payment charges which say failure when you want to pay. 2-4 mail conversation will swallow up 1 day.By this time flight charges may hike. I just called Indigo and got rescheduled over phone I recommend user to uninstall this app and go for official app of airlines like Indigo etc.

Worst app ! Lots of bugs!!! I was booking for 12 pm flight but it booked 9am instead.. IRCTC customer care said we are not responsible. Finally indigo sorted out. Regretted for being thrifty (cheap convience fee)

The fare is exceptionally high (double) comparing other agencies... Horrible. It should be graded something below 1 star.

totally low grade and outdated app, make it more smooth and attractive interface. Add more features.

Never book through this app. App strucks during payment. Your money will be deducted but the flight ticket will not be booked. Customet support is also poor. If you want to save your money and time better to stay away from this app.

Poor app, selection of 02 seats fm rear side is not possible through this app. Need to improve

Why I am not able to book round trip journey in this app??? Always shows there is bug

This app is typical example of a govt service app. Buggy, untested and relies on users to be used as guinea pigs for their testing without their dev team ever having to do it by themselves. It keeps stopping by giving some java socket error continuously and expect end user to be a tech savy person to understand what that error means. Pathetic.

Trying since last 10 day to book a ticket but showing that flight is not available Very disappointing 😞

Don't use this app for any flight booking irctc air is a bigger thief. They took conveniense fee chipest but when you want cancelld your booking they took extra 500 ...so this app is not a friendly app for flight booking

Ticket booking in this app is very pathetic....Evey time server error...

I was never able to book a ticket. Everytime I enter passenger details and try to proceed, it says "Internal Server Error". Everytime!! Too much buggy app. Fares disagree with actual fares shown on the desktop website.

Worst app. It is not showing proper flights and fares. At the time of booking children can't add.

The recent update is full of bugs. I have a working 4G internet connection but this update first asks to check latest version (the forced upgrade) though there is none. Then throws up internal error message and then does nothing. Did they employ dishonorably dropped out coders for this upgrade? There seem to be no sense of error (or exception) handling in them. Nor any idea of programming logic. Since there is no update, you uninstall it hoping to get it work after reinstalling. No such thing.

There is a big problem in doing this app, that is that if you fill the information about your age, then you have to press the button 200 times, why is it so that the devloper should answer me.

While booking ticket with GST, app will slow down and will not allow you to book the ticket, it's a bug which needs to be fixed. Another problem is at the time of the payment sometimes it gets stuck, then I have to close the app and do the booking all over again. Rest, the best value you can get for your flight booking. I hope the developers look into these issue.

The moment I installed the App and tried to Open it, it had a pop up saying an update is available. On clicking on the Update button, it redirected me to the installed App screen having options to either Uninstall or Open only. Since, it was just installed, there was no Update option. But, on returning to the App launch screen, again the pop up wouldn't allow me to go any further. Surprising, there is no basic technical quality audit at your backend to avoid such user experience.

I request IRCTC to please change their app developers if they want to survive, utter garbage apps made my clown developers!!

The app is crashing again and again when BBI code is searched.

Hey, developers. Please have a look at this and fix this asap. Every time I open the app, a message pops up that an update is available but there is no update given by you guys in Play Store. I tried clearing all my app data but still the problem is on. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing had happened.

Most inconvenient app to book flights. This app cancelled my tickets on its own after payment, and moreover the support team was not helpful to sort the issue and it took me days to recover my money. They said after booking fares increased, which lead to cancellation. What kind of an argument is this? And this was not the only case, i have always faced many problems with this app. Please choose some other application rather than this.

tried booking the tickets..it does not even load the flight search list..says 'some error occured and internet connection is not there'..i installed the app using the same data network only minutes back..irctc train ticket booking app was a headache..now another great work to irritate people. Already fed up with the frequent drop menu ad notificaftion from train booking. Not prepared to tolerate 1 more disappointment.. uninstaling.

Earlier : No fuss app , very nominal booking fees unlike MMT, etc . Nice. Now 07.01 2020 Starting from ticket booking to refund , even the booking experience, everything is shoddy and unpleasant. Software itself doesn't work properly. Flight fares change dynamically which is a fact and a basic thing to consider in a flight booking app. All other platforms offer seamless booking experience , of course for an extra price, but at least not with these many issues.
