IRCTC Catering - Food on Track

I would request people to download this app and use it for journeys. The food delivered is more healthy, fresh, tastier and service is good. Thanks to all the restaurants that delivered food to me consistently between may 16 and may 17th.

Once I had very bad experience with this app. I have ordered food but it was not delivered to me - Order Number 61197487. I had to starve till next available station. The contact number provided in my order for the restaurant was not a valid number. But on same journey, at a different station - i ordered from this app again. And this time food quality, quality and service all were good. Suggestion - Always opt fot "Cash On Delivery" mode.

Unexpected from IRCTC. App is so simple to Book. Only the Online payment confirmation was delayed by 30mins. Need that to be reflected immediately

It was a very disappointing experience with me. My order no.65833060. but Catering served me different Menu. Even I contact them, they completely denied.

If you are traveling, This App will make your traveling life delicious and tasty at your finger tip. It's really helpful and provides delicious food. Thanks for this big change !! The man was breathing heavily when he delivered the food but delivered it nonetheless. Didn't have to sleep with an empty stomach. I think a lot of people that have problems with the app should select cash on delivery and keep EXACT AMOUNT HANDY. Kudos to the team. The food felt fresh. Will update if I get diarrhoea.

Worst service.today they took and confirmed my order, they've also done the tele verification but ultimately my food was not delivered. They didn't even bothered to inform me. When I called them they said that the restaurant is closed.

I have ordered food while the train was at Alwaye station.And paid on advance Later the order was confirmed to be delivered at Palghat station.But when the train reached the Station,food was not delivered.More over no one was lifting the Phone number provided.Which was ringing .On continuous call they started disconnecting.And later put call forward. Absolutely Not Dependable and Pathetic service

I have placed the order for Delhi railway station. The order has not been delivered even though I had paid them advance and the worst part there is no helpline number or complaint number to lodge a complaint. Don't go for ordering or paying advance otherwise you will suffer.

I have lost all my fear of not getting nice food which I had before joining this app whenever I used to travel by train. IRCTC e catering is an excellent app and all the vendor are good and food were awesome thank you IRCTC e catering.all traveller from train should have this app

Best app to order food when you are travelling. You can get much better food than what is served in the train.

This is the worst app....their payment success rate is very very low and customer care number is just for namesake ...it never connects.sheer third class app and service.Never ever download this junk in your phone.

I realy hate this app I try it first time they give me such a low quantity of food after thes I complen it and they from next time it won't happen again and today again I order it they give me the rice one day old

If you don't complete the order, order is automatically placed with COD. There is no option to cancel the order.

Very pathetic experience..ordered food through this app and paid amount online but they did not delivered food at kanpur station again ordered food from same app cash on delivery at prayagraj station but this time also food is not delivered..dont use this app for order food online..its scam

So much of bad reviews ... I chose COD , but then I made payment online ... And then I came here ...uff ! Thess reviews ... my heart was like pls god , help ! But really very nice packing , food quality was superb & delivery was awesome ! Really GOOD ! My train no. was 12510 & I ordered for station Vinaywada !

1) Your food will NEVER be delivered... When you ask customer care they reply that it is NOT THEIR FAULT THAT THE TRAIN WAS LATE... THIS APP LITERALLY THINKS THAT YOU ARE DRIVING THE TRAIN. 2) If by chance it gets delivered (1 in 10000...probability) it will be either completely different from what you ordered or something stale and of poor quality.

Great initiative by IRCTC. Now we can have food of our choice from variety of restaurants during a train journey. Really loved the app

very bad experience today at tatanagar junction,did not receivedmy order,i have a kid with me and have to travel till next morning,very bad very verybad,never buy from this app or site,luckily i have done COD.

Don't use this app. The food never makes it. The train stopped for 5 minutes more but still it didn't make it

Train is rescheduled 5 hours late and the app removes the stations which are passed as per schedule but actually the train is yet to arrive at.

Irctc cannot control on delivery of order. It's not guaranteed you will get your food after ordering. Even after complaining, there is no action they are taking. This app comes with 0 commitment on delivery.
