IRCTC Rail Connect - for RAIL SAARTHI

Taking too much of time for booking a ticket, and during tatkal hours it is getting into the page after completion of time, waste updation ,not properly working ,always it's buffering

Just helpful as we don't have to go to the ticket booking counter.And everything else is waste.Great app for government advertisements.Please don't get annoyed as the real purpose of this app is served.

1) Exiting the app needs corrective action. Observed slow 🐌 😴. 2) Also what is the newest version. Innovative 💡. 3) Can we book return tickets directly to Nepal 🇳🇵. Station code. 4) Any tourist destinations to other countries by IRCTC Railways 🛤. Namasate ji 🙏

Now days app is working Iike very slow and bad, please fix it as soon as possible

At last this upgraded version is allowing me to book tickets. "Book" option is fitting in screen. Previously it was outside the screen. Thats why giving it 3 stars. But bug fixation has to be done to allow proper display of icons against captions. This app is enriched with features but display is poor, doesnt accomodate all features to include in screen. Even yes/no options for selecting travel insurance not accomodating in display screen. Kindly do the needful.

This is hilarious..... why there is 2 apps from same name? This app is not showing open button after installing??? And why it's for rail sarthi

While selecting exit option, the application doesn't log out immediately & gets hanged everytime. I'm struggling for last 03months as it is slowing down mobile & other tasks..

Poor poor poor.... Pathetic experience every time you login you have to confirm your mail and phone no. In my last experience my login ID in my mail was sent wrong due to which I am not able to book tickets .

I don't understand how an app can be so worse. Whenever tried to login, after the login screen every tab will be completely blank. Sometimes it may work, that too with annoying ads at probable clicking points. Such an important app for train users and a perfect joke in terms of usability even after updating regularly. Complete waste of time.

Unable to see 'Open' link for this app.. it shows only one option 'uninstall'

This app has not working ie. Not open and shown only 'Validating' wait time from last 3 days

After installing app icon is not coming on my cell phone page

After installation, app moves to invisible mode (sarcastically). Technically you installed the app. But you won't see it in your phone. You lose your data. You lose your time. You lose confidence in your own phone until you come here and read the reviews.

Worst update. Updates normally gives better experience for users and this is the worst way to give it. Search for trains does not give options to switch the dates during search, everytime we have to come back and choose date again from today. Booked tickets does not show the date of journey in the list. To know the details we have to open each ticket. And also if one ticket is opened and closed again screen reset to beginning and again we have to scroll to find which ticket was opened now.

I have been using the app for quite long. Earlier versions were user friendly, except for the annoying ads. New version is a bad cousin of earlier version with annoying ads.IRCTC is charging a service /convenience fee , even then why to place these torturing ads .Normally tkts are booked in hurry , but these ads make life miserable.if IRTC wants they can increase web booking fee but pl for God sake remove these obstructive ads.Updates should make life easy but these are more torturous.

After updation am not able to book tickets. Not able to search/type name of stations. Adding fuel to the fire,when called at customer care no. she adviced me to book from desktop or other applicartion and has dosconnected the phone. Is the way you treat your customers when they call at CC no. Rather try to solve the issue was suggesting to use other app

What the heck?? I downloaded the app and just after the download completion the app is not getting displayed in my homescreen plus when i searched it again on google play it's only showing the 'uninstall" button and no option of "open" button.. seriously this government products are damn awful... they never prove themselves worth during emergency situation.

Irctc the best apps for the first time in the world and the other side of town for IRCT is missing a number that works for me everywhere and someone dies in my SIM. Reservation or more helps. IRCT's fun is that we can go anywhere as per your convenience by making your reservation as an emergency With the fun of IRCT, we sometimes keep meaning to our friends, if the criminals keep going to the reservation for the emergency, then they keep accepting tickets for them or because of the city IRCT is

Previous User Interface is very good ,even it is under standable for every one. Recently the app is Update now it is very difficult to understand, App is not responding properly. please revert back the changes and go to old build.one of the worse app now.

Fantastic and time saving app

I have installed, uninstalled, and re-installed 8 times, but this app gets installed but does not show up in the menu of mobile anywhere and hence cannot be accessed. Problems that were not existent earlier.

App sometimes works perfect. But some time troubles like anything while accessing this App. Most painful part of this App is it gets my login credentials locked by itself without any reasons and the same credentials works well from overcome website. Getting irctc customer care executive is a nightmare.

Booking Tatkal booking is horrible. I wonder if I can't book how come the seats gets reserved. I am sure there is definately something wrong. I had written to IRCTC but got response that we will look into it. If someone has to travel at the last moment, almost impossible to get tickets.
