This is a 3rd class app ...my payment is deducted and hv no update of ticket and history window is taking me to booking option.... Ridiculous
Very bad app We can only book tickets but we cannot cancel it. Booking through this app is a headache.
App is very precise when it relates to the railways, and I am satisfied. Haven't triend it for other available features , so can't comment now.
Just trying to book a ticket. Have not been able to as it keeps telling me the Capca code is wrong. Very frustrating

The first ver was very good. Current version though fast is cluttered with Ads. Credit card no entry has a problem.
Very difficult for foreigners to register; great app, I wish I could get on it without hours of work. Even verifying an email code has been impossible, as leaving the app to check email take a the app out of the field where I enter the code....
LemImmediately call me back to solve my problem as I am unable to open the page of live train status(it is showing some other words)

Got "No seats available. Booking dropped" message but amount got deducted. I am really frustrated with this app, don't how could get my money back... Not more user friendly.

Took long time but sucessful Good app very prompt never books trying long time filling firms never confirms if ticket is booked or not .wasting time . Disgusting never go for this ticket booking necer happens trying for 1 week nonsense never happebed simply showing red line when every spelling is perfect Vheating abd waste of time
