Can it work on 2.4 ghz rc stuff? Need a quick answer.
This app is horrible. A while back a bought an rc car which ran on this app and I was quite amused by the idea of driving the car from a phone. Turns out its a horrible idea. I bought the car around 1 year and a half ago and started using the app with it. The app would freeze every two seconds and when I would try to accelerate - it wouldn't let me. The app started crashing and freezing so much that trying the drive the car was pointless so I lost interest. Today, I thought the makers of the app would of released an update or a bug fix to aid the problem but obviously no work has been done. App still doesn't work and I would highly recommend to not use this app as it crashes, freezes and glitches out all the time. A pure waste of time really - I want my money back for the car I payed 250 dollars for.
Works great, make sure you use lipo batteries in your models to get the best performance from the Kyosho iReceiver wifi and cam system. Make sure the antenna is away from noise interference like motors and florescent lighting, or anything that could interrupt the signal and your phone has good power, I get a good amount of distance in a clean environment but glitches in crappy environments, if you're one to not want to tinker with electronics this isn't for you.
I am horribly disappointed in this product. The control configuration doesn't even match the model it was intended for. Vehicle does not respond to inputs. Buy the standard SR
Where can you get these iReciver
You need to have a description on what it can operate. Jada RC cars with 43Mhz does not pick up on this application. I am certain if it is controled by "Radio" frequencies, then you need to include a frequency mode and configure to this. Otherwise this app is more useless than aqua, and that says alot.
