The new update is really frustrating. I can no longer connect my thermal printer to the app. And some automated functions have been made manual. This is retrogression. Pls fix

Worse app ever. I paid for electricity but was not given a token. When I ask for a refund the customer care stop picking my calls and possibly block me. It's such a scam.

This app is rubbish, for the first time of using it I regretted ever downloading the app, I paid for electricity bill using this same app but it was on pending, I spoke with the customer care and even chatted with them both on the platform and on Whatsapp at first I was ignored but then I requested for a refund, more than 5 days now I did not receive the code for the electricity payment I made nor have you refunded me either... You only lied about you refunding me even up to blocking my calls.

The new version is too complex plus it doesn't connect to my Bluetooth printer

The user interface is cool, easy to use and fast in generating your token

I have been using this apple to make cute money since 2017 and it's great. However I think you need to add others services like cash withdrawal

I bought airtime and was debited for it and I can't see the airtime on my phone I called and even texted them on WhatsApp and I wasn't responding over 45 mins nowww please let this be rectified ....... please either refunding my money or sending me my airtime

Unfortunately the meter token is not displayed on the when printed from transaction history

This new update has removed the ability to copy and paste meter number, they're saved along with contact, so please put it back. Also, the receipt should be like the former one which only shows the amount purchased without including the profit or any breakdown.

Absolutely terrible. Very poor Customer service. False and deceptive advertisements of features that are not even available. Imagine funding your wallet for the first time and having to call customer care to remind them your deposit is reflecting before money shows in your wallet. And Customer service takes forever before picking up calls, Burning up precious airtime along the way

It's simple to manage and I love the ease of transaction. Kindly add back the button to insert customer contact if they are in sellers contact list. It further makes payment receipt flexible instead of going to copy and paste the number.

It's not user friendly, you can not copy Meter number, Phone number, or email address and paste it on the apllication. It does not allow you to search Phone book for customer through the app. Funding wallet is another challenge from the app

I just updated my app on my new phone Infinix smart HD 2021. I can't share receipt to whaapp like before .
