Difficulties connecting via wi-fi, the app is horrible anyway - blurred logo, crappy interface and so I don't understand why the developer - recommended on the user guide of iris scan products - continues to develop crappy apps (there are 3 different but not one working) instead of constructing one that WORKS. IRIS SCAN DO SOMETHING ASAP PLEASE! I'm using iris scan book 3 executive + lenovo yoga tablet 2

App does not function well. When I refresh to see newly scanned documents, it says it can not be found please reconnect.

The scanner is nice but the application is a joke. I bought the scanner for the possibility of using it anywhere but I am stuck home with it because the only efficient work with it can be done via cable and pc!!!! I bet that all those people giving it 5 stars and no opinions are your employees!

Displays IRIScan device at top. But all actions say no connection. Not even available for my HTC Desire smartphone!

I have an IriScan Book Executive 3 and a Samsung Tab 4 tablet running Android 5.1.1. I had to fetch the scanner manual from the web to do it right; for instance one has to set the wifi connection to the scanner through the tablet-setup *before* one launches the application. But then everything worked smooth and fast.

Worst app I have ever seen! Connect via wifi to scan unit but the app does not see it. In the setup of the app, attempt to connect to scan unit and it cannot see the unit. Junk junk junk. I see other users with connection issues as well. Running on Samsung Galaxy 4S, Android 4.4.2
