Bad experience. All of sudden Novelas movies can not be watched and the problem lingers for so long. But thr thing is watch 1 episode and the next won't play unless you uninstall and install the app again. Keep doing this for a series of 100 episodes plus. Really bad experience

Can you make your app compatible for TV. I know a number of people who did not subscribe and i am not resubcribing after exhausting this current subcription as you apps cant be used on TV only on smart phone. Thats not good enough. Alot more people will subcribe if they can have it as a TV app like Showmax, DSTV, and other apps. you can do better.

I dislike this app. The movies are never updated along with the web version. The app is currently short of at least 3 new movies as opposed to the web version. So frustrating!!!!!

Poor video sound quality, No playback option when you exit the application. Limited movies with little or no categories. Please enhance your application to encourage viewers to renew subscriptions and also stop auto renewal which should be optional. Stop limiting Nollywood.

I was hoping some adjustments can be made to the app especially in the case of aspect ratio for the videos. There should be an allowance to enable it cover the entire screen or reduce as one pleases please. A lot of movies I watch sometimes strain my eyes and I am sure other customers will equally appreciate if they can increase the screen size too. Generally, the app is awesome

I used to enjoy watching movies on this app, but since a year ago it stopped casting to my Xbox One, I basically use "AirServer" app, downloaded on my Xbox One to cast my phone to the Xbox, so that I can watch it on my TV, but since the last few updates irokotv decided to put filters on their movies so that when you try to cast it to your TV it won't work. It's the only app on my phone that doesn't show video on my TV ones I started playing a movie, but sound works.

Personally I like the app, good movies but, there are a lot of new movies are not showing on IROKOtv. Would love to see some improvement. Also I have watched so many series but no continuation most of them have ended on season 1. The one thing that I don't like about the ap and I think it should be charged is the recurring subscription. Let the customers choose. Whether 1 month or 3 when it expires let us choose to subscribe again or not. There in no option only recurring. Please change that.✌

Better app than the last time I saw it but i was hoping you people could have an option for watching the movie in either landscape or portrait cause I love all my movies portrait but i am forced to watch otherwise. Secondly I was hoping you guys could make a forward and rewind button available to enable easier viewing Thirdly why doesn't your app pause when my phone rings or when I pick my calls and even if I pause it before picking, it has a way of playing itself why? It can be really annoying and frustrating too. Please look on these matters ASAP. Thanks

Your mobile and Laptops app is amazing and awesome but what I actually have been waiting for is for your app to be compatible with TV and and large screen.

Why does this app not work3? Uninstalled and re-installed severally but no luck. I have to only watch on web on a device that's not a mobile devices. Very frustrating

The app is amazing and love because it has good selections of movies with most good story line. Everything about the app is amazing but they need to look into the app being compatible with most android TV so it downloadable on it because at the moment it not working with my LG TV and have been casting it from my phone. Then secondly another thing that annoys me is that after watching a movie or an episode a d you want to watch another episode it plays the previous one unless you stop casting.

I'm just so disappointed. got a full year subscription and each time I try to watch a movie I've downloaded, the app always has to confirm the subscription. last time it did, the app just would not work let alone allow me watch any of the downloaded movies, and I thought updating the app would help, but it didn't. Afterwards, I chatted with three different support staff but none could find a solution to it. Last agent I spoke with suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it didnt wor

Trying to open the app by using my phone number but it won't send the pin. I have had a membership in the past, unfortunately it's not working.

can you create a add to favorite or watch later tab so when you see a movie you can just add it instead of going back to search for the movie which is very annoying time consuming. Also create a recently watched list. it makes it easier to refer someone to a movie you've watched before but can't remember the name.

Honestly, I don't understand how an establishment that rakes in millions of dollars cannot develop an app interface that allows episodes of a series to play continously. You have to click back to the main menu in order to watch the next episode of a series? Its even worse when you are casting from your phone to your tv. You have to stop casting in other to get to the next episode as it keeps playing the same episode when you click on the next. This is utterly and totally shameful.

There is no option to cancel your subscription or stop auto renewal. Once you subscribe you're forced to continue paying even of you don't want to.

The app is very good. I really enjoyed the movies . An d there was no issue with casting on TV. Thumbs up Iroko TV.

Something is seriously wrong with the app!! For quite sometimes now it hasn't been updating. No new movies are showing. I have to go on their IG page to find names of new movies then look for them on the app. When I paid less there were no issues and now that the subscription is more it's not working properly. Btw I've uninstalled it like 3 times and restarted my phone just to make. PLEASE FIX IT

I dont know what is going on with my app. I can't watch any movies on my android phone right now and for the past 4 months, new movies have not been up loading on my phone. When trying the play back few minutes ago, it said " unable to, license expired ". For the last 2 months, I'm unable to open the app on my ipad. The only way I watch movies are on my laptop. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription.

I can't wait for my 3 months subscription to end, imagine paying for what is free in YouTube all the old movies I have forgotten are here, improved please.

This app is so terribly slow in responding. When you tap a movie to play,it doesn't respond immediately until the one millionth time,this makes the app pretty frustrating to operate. Kindly work on this issue thanks. But other than that,the movies are awesome.

This app doesn't even worth one star, it's a real scam. They have failed me completely, You said I'll be able to watch and download movies for free after subscription. But reverse is the case , I still use my normal data to watch and download the movies after subscribing. So what's the essence of my subscription, if i can watch and download movies directly on YouTube with my data without additional subscriptions. And moreover I can't even search for the movie of my choice. It's not fair.☹️😟🙁😞

Nice app with very good quality movies, however am using my phone and i always have to select each episode to watch that little bit boring i think you should upgrade your app like that of netflix. You just select the season and get to the episodes plays from beginning to the end .

I just subscribed 10,000 but I am restricted to watching only on my phone. I am unable to use my HDMI cable on my TV. All I get is a blank screen with subtitles. I think that is fraudulent. Everyone must not have a smart TV. I am very frustrated and I wish I can get a refund.

I have been enjoying this app for while now only for it to start misbehaving. I download movies and I'm not able to play it, it loads and then stops without playing the movie. I Sometimes too don't get access to some movies when I search for them even with the one's I have already downloaded. Its very frustrating, please fix it

I would definitely not renew my subscription after it's expires. I have been subscribing for 2 years now. After watching an episode, you can't watch the next. And most importantly I have to use a Google chromecast to cast the app to my smart TV. It's very annoying, all other apps cast to the TV effortlessly only iroko TV gives me issues

This app used to be excellent till I changed my phone, now it take days to download a single movie, after downloading it sometimes delays before movie plays. Mostly I get error when I download. Funny enough I searched for same movie on YouTube and it downloaded within minutes. I don't think I will renew my subscription after expiration. It's so frustrating
