This game started out fun but as they keep pushing out updates it destroys the game function. This is day 3 that I haven't been able to login! They tell you to bind your account to FB but then you get an error that says "the third party token has expired" and you can't login! WTH is a 3rd party token? What about the money I spent? Do I get a refund?
great game but the developers never reply to any kind of contact or emails. Had issues with refunds and items purchased not being credited. Now that I have a new phone, they won't assist with resetting password. Do not download!
Support for this game is almost non existent and it has glitches. If support were better and glitches were addressed it would be a lot better. I have been playing over 4 years and game quality is not as good as it was for the first year or two.
Cannot log into the game. Been over a week now. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck. I want a refund. This game could be great, but developers have ruined it and will not support players (spenders). Seems they have abandoned the entire game.
Started out good with full support for issues i had in the game. Now no one will even answer you're email to correct the issue with the game. An when you spend money to get better equipment and it doesn't give you that said equipment. Your just out that money, they don't care. They got your money, thats all AOK GAMES WANT$!!!!!! awful communication from developers. game crashes. ( server 90 ) people are stuck in legions. people locked out of there game. lost ships. emails sent to email asking for assistance. no responce awful google should do somthing but are also unwilling to help
Server has been down for a week. Developers never get back to you and most of us spent $1000 or more. The amount spent should keep the game updated monthly but the creators quit caring. Reimbursement is not an option.
This game stopped working 3 weeks ago. I was leading the Supplies Race, by spending A STUPID amount of money, and game stopped allowing me to log in. I have emailed Customer Support multiple times in the 3 weeks but not 1 person will get back in touch with me. Dont install this game and put money in it if the developers cant respond and help.
Once again the server is not accessible. Developers are not responding. This was a great social escape, connecting with people all over the world. It appears the developers have made their money and abandoned the game
3 days of not being able to access a game you pay money to play, is robbery. Don't download. I'm actually surprised Google hasn't kicked them out of Play Store at this point. Paid my money, now I can't access the game....for three days. I'd like my money back.
there has been NO Customer Service support for over a year now. "buy" & "consume" events have not changed in over 2 years...and as of right now, all servers have been down for a week or longer. it is possible that the game has been terminated?
This game needs to die already. It has no support whatsoever. On the last consumption event was not able to collect the reward for the 3888 consumption level. Have not received response ofter multiple emails.
Don't download!!!!! I have played this game for a few years. It used to be a decent game. All games have glitches, true. But, there should at least be some sort of support. Game has been down now for a few weeks. Just sad.

Been playing this game for almost 6 years. It has gone from a 5 star experience to a 1 star rating. 90 percent of the reason is the lack of support from the developers.

No game support they don't care if you spend or not. once you have problems you are on your own. been three weeks and I can't log in to my account and these guys don't even bother to help or at least answer. you are a joke. don't play this game. ps: they blocked me on fb because I needed help

As i invest and play from last 2 years, now get bad server when using diamond. Recently use diamand but now not able to compelet event as unstable network.its redeculis
I keep upping my power then the next thing it gets dropped back down and i was not even attacked what the hell is going on with the game

This game has way to many problems that the developers have overlooked. The lack of customer support and a timely return of email is awful. Paying money for items never recieved ect. I'm not the only one that has experienced these problem. Please be advised!!!
