pointless app, tried to book a taxi at 00:30 says theres none available, tried pre-booking one for the morning too and guess what? no pre-booking form although it told me to try pre-booking. dont see any option to pay by card either. totally useless
Very poor service. Called on Saturday night to book a car and was told 4 times my taxi was outside. It wasn't. Poor show guys,you have just lost a loyal customer.🤬🤨🤬
Doesn't work. Can't use without verifying phone number. Haven't received the code on 3 attempts.
no option to select what type of vehicle such as wheelchair accessible, also £10 minimum card limit very restrictive .

Absolutely brilliant, so easy to use & taxi came so quick!
Doesn't work, tried several times to get a activation code sent to my phone to register but nothing happened. I tried to use the website contact form but it had a cookie error so I couldn't do that either.
