Is it Kosher?

I think the app should ultimately be able to scan a label, either the name of the product or the upc code and give an answer. I tried to use the software to see if a certain chocolate bar mini was kosher. The bar didn't have info about where the item was manufactured, but the bag did. I had a difficult time finding an answer for my question... Maybe some user instructions should be included with the software... Amazing start for at piece of software that I believe will only improve! Good luck!

Great idea and would be indispensable had it worked. I've tried over the last few years in Ukraine, Austria, and Switzerland with bar code and by typing in a popular likely kosher product - pringles and have not gotten any results. I've scanned at least 20 different basic products and it comes back not found. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

i love the idea of this app but it seems limited, sometimes an item is listed, more often not. Sometimes an item is listed as kosher then not, then again. i understand how that can happen but i feel i have to take the accuracy with a grain of salt.

Love this app! I can easily tell if something is Kosher. However, is there a way to change the language within the app? Mine is stuck in English, and while that is good practice, I would like to be able to use it in my more comfortable spanish.

I unfortunately couldn't find any of the products I searched both through typing and barcode. Perhaps if you could have a way for people to add the products with proof they are kosher, that could help.

App does not let me take a picture. And also does not let me send question to rabbi without picture. So that's not great. It would also be nice to use color to indicate which authority has been selected.

I tried to scan every product I have in my kitchen, (everything have a Kosher symbol on it) the app could not find any of the products. It also didn't work by writing the name of the company...

I heard from the app from a friend And I was so happy to try it but most of the items i scanned or search for they said nothing has been found Even foods with an OU they said nothing has been found

I'm going to Germany soon and want an easy way to check what goodies I can bring back for family and friends. This app looks like it fits the bill!

Crashed when I did anything at all. Uninstalled after 2 minutes of use. Sorry. I really wanted to like this app.

This is AMAZING! I can know instantly if a new product on the shelf is kosher, if it's pareve, which hashgacha it's under. Such an incredible time saver!!

The search engine does not work well. Many times the product is not found although it does exist in the database.
