The basic idea is good but it needs more fleshing out. I suggest maybe a homescreen widget

When pressed the button twice or thrice, it says 'not today' 'no' 'not at all'. Haha I thought it wouldn't be prank :'(
This changes everything. I wouldn't be surprised if this is built into future versions of the android operating system.
