Watch and IM app are garbage and disconnect randomly all the time. Getting it to reconnect is hit or miss. Got 3 replacement watches in hopes of a defect but all of them have the same issues. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this watch and app
Junk!! Watch can not connect thru app, but can connect directly to my blue tooth. Unfortunately you need to go thru the app so you can get your notifications on your watch. This app issue, makes this watch an expensive piece of junk, and like any other watch that is not a smart watch.
For the 1st few months the app in my watch was fine and then it wasn't and now I can't get my watch to connect to my phone at all on my phone to my watch it doesn't work

This is absurd
This app is basically trash. There's no way to make the app search for the watch if it disconnects unless you do a full factory reset on the app and the watch. So sometimes it's connected and sometimes not. The watch is beautiful and functions well, but the app is garbage.

Give me two things and ill love it forever.....1# i would love to be able to sync it with my fitness pal app or any fitness app for that matter so i dont have to always enter my steps manually. 2# give me an option in the IM app to write 7 of my own short responses that come up as an option to reply when i recieve a text since the screen isnt big enough to text on (which is ok with me). I would like to be to see and respond to a message with out pulling my phone out of my purse or pocket every time....do these two things and i will love it for life.
I love this watch. Im not allowed to have my phone on display at work but this keeps me connected with out anyone knowing.

Love the watch, but having trouble charging and keeping charge longer than 24 hours. New charging unit just arrived as this has apparently been problem for many. Great features, but if watch does not keep working after this new charger, will send back. Too expensive to keep if it does not work. Will give this new charger a chance.
Love the watch will not stay connected can't text or talk like you can on a gear wish I could get a silver band
Keep receiving firmware prompts but no way to update. AMS prompt is ever present even when watch is not paired. Irritating more than functionally unsavvy.
It will disconnect all the time and pairing it again is useless. Ive had this watch for 2 months and have only been able to use it 3 times
This is one sorry watch, it will not connect to phone and stay there. Cost to much money for it to be this sorry, talked to someone several time will not take back. Save your money and don't purchase.
It keeps disconnecting from my phone and doesn't stay charged long. Plus, keeps saying it needs to update but it will not download. Pretty watch but waste of money for how much it costs!

update broke the connection with my phone. i can connect to my phone through BT, but cannot connect to the app. it's kind of useless as an activity tracker when the setup screen on the watch never changes due to a lack of app integration. PLEASE, fix the app. without it, it's pretty much a heavy, blingy watch that only tells time. can't even get the date. Hurray for analogue.
