Isabel provides a short list of possibilities from which you may build your differential or use as a trigger to obtain further information from your patient to assist in your differential workup.
It is not designed to provide a diagnosis but rather provide you with a list of likely diagnoses to consider when you have doubt. A good example would be a patient in ED with hand edema and hypotension who you are treating for sepsis and is not responding. The Isabel system might remind you to also consider anaphylaxis among other suggestions.

Can't do anything,once I get to the loading screen it stops working when i enter my information
Can't get past the one page registration despite numerous attempts. Won't let me open terms and conditions and cannot register so cannot use application at all, page just frozen after entering information
Can't try it if I can't register!
Too expensive for parents
Could not get past the registration screen.
Like many other reviewers here I couldn't even get past the registration screen. Freezes on the screen even with a valid email and all information correctly filled out. This has nothing to do with Google Wallet like someone on this site responded since I don't even have Google Wallet in the first place. DON'T BOTHER INSTALLING
